We spent a wonderful couple of weeks in this property.It's in a lovely location with views over to the hills and the nearby village of Lubriano.The property is well equipped and extremely spacious, surrounded by beautiful gardens, with trees providing plenty of shady spots, and the long swimming pool is absolutely perfect.The hosts were great, discreet but available for anything we needed, and communication was excellent throughout.We would definitely rebook this property in future.

Paradise garden! Beautiful home!

Just be advised the photos do not do this lovey home justice! It is set in the most gorgeous garden with many places to set and enjoy the surroundings and peace and quiet. The house itself was great. Well equipped, clean and comfortable with some fascinating art work too. It is naturally cool in hot temperatures too. The pool was divine. Perfect for swimming lengths or just splashing around. It also allows you to have several friends staying with a bit of privacy too. Just to note: it is just outside Lubriano but easily accessible in a few minutes by car. It is also close to the delightful Bolsena- around 15 mins drive and only 20 minutes from Orvieto, which apart from having the most spectacular Cathedral, also has a train station with excellent links to Rome. A really wonderful relaxing stay. We had friends and family with us. Whilst Jakob also lives on site we were well looked after and yet left to our devices and felt suitably secluded. A really lovely two weeks. I highly recommend it!

Ein grünes Paradies

Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast bei Eva und Jakob, und leider verging diese Woche viel zu schnell.Die beiden haben sich dort in den letzten 30 Jahren ein kleines Paradies erschaffen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, sehr individuell und künstlerisch und lässt keine Wünsche offen.Aber am liebsten ist man sowieso draußen, genießt die grüne Oase und den großartigen Pool!Vielen Dank für eure Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschöne Urlaubsunterkunft!

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Woche in dieser herrlichen Unterkunft in Lubriano verbracht! Man hat viel Platz, und es ist alles sehr sauber. Die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen, der schöne Garten und der saubere, idyllisch gelegene Pool laden zur Erholung ein. Tagesausflüge nach Rom sind möglich - und auch Orvieto und Bolsena sind tolle Ausflugsziele! Familie Jenzer ist sehr gastfreundlich - besser geht es nicht!

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen

Ich schließe mich den anderen Rezensionen an - der Garten ist großartig und das Haus sehr liebevoll und persönlich eingerichtet. Hervorragende Ausstattung der Küche! Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, gute Betten, ein toller Pool mit Aussicht, da möchte man kaum wegfahren. Gut zu wissen: Einige Nachbarn haben Hütehunde für ihre Häuser, die auch nachts mal ihrer Aufgabe nachgehen - Ohrstöpsel sind ein gutes Mittel dagegen.

Traumhaftes Haus mit faszinierenden Garten…

Wir hatten zwei wunderbar erholsame Wochen in diesem schönem idyllisch gelegenen und gut ausgestattetem Haus, mit dem riesigem Garten und perfekt gepflegten Pool! Immer wieder entdeckten wir Neues im Haus sowohl im Garten, den Künstlerischen Geist dieses Anwesens. Eva und Jakob, waren sehr herzliche und umsorgte Gastgeber. Die Kinder haben sich sofort wohlgefühlt und durften sogar die Katzen versorgen. Die Lage ist ideal für viele umliegende Ausflugsziele. Bolsena See ca. 15 min entfernt, die Civita vor der Haustüre…Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in Lubriano (kleiner Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt)… Umbrien, welch Perle! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke liebe Eva, lieber Jakob für die schöne Zeit!

Rund um glücklich

Wir (eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern, sowie drei Freunde) kommen gerade zurück von zwei wunderschönen Wochen bei Jakob und Eva in Lubriano. Das tolle Haus, der wahnsinnig schöne Garten, der große Pool, die wunderschöne Aussicht und die vielen Nischen, kleinen Plätzchen zum Verweilen und die völlige Ruhe haben uns einen Traumurlaub ermöglicht. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Umgebung lädt zu vielfältigen Ausflügen ein, man kann aber auch einfach nur in diesem herrlichen Anwesen seine Seele baumeln lassen. Jakob und Eva sind zwei wunderbare Gastgeber, von denen wir auch super Insider-Tipps bekommen haben. Wenn wir nocheinmal in diese Region nach Italien reisen sollten, dann auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Haus.

Ganz besonders schönes Haus

Wir haben eine tolle Woche hier verbracht - das Haus und der wundervolle Garten sind ganz besonders - mit geschmackvollem und durchdachtem Interieur und so vielen schönen Ecken und Sitzplätzen, die wir wegen der Wärme gar nicht alle nutzen konnten...der Garten war im heißen Sommer 22 etwas ganz Besonderes! Auch die Umgebung ist schön - Orvieto oder zB der Bolsenasee schnell erreicht. Liebe Eva, lieber Jakob, vielen herzlichen Dank, mille grazie, wenn Umbrien / Latium, dann unbedingt wieder bei Euch!

Sehr schöne Wohnung von tollen Gastgebern

Sehr schöne 2 Wochen haben wir bei Eva und Jakob in Ihrer Wohnung verbracht. Beide waren tolle Gastgeber, die sich große Mühe machten, uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Die Wohnung war groß, mit Platz für mehr als uns Zwei. Die Küche für Selbstkochende ordentlich ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt in einem liebevoll gestalteten Grundstück mit vielen Bäumen, die Schatten spenden und einfach eine Wohltat sind.der Pool ist prima und ihre Ratschläge zur Regio waren immer hochinteressant. Wir können diesen Platz nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Mehr Erholung geht nicht!

Großes Anwesen in malerischer Umgebung mit ganz tollem Pool, geräumigem Haus und riesigem Garten. Perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Viele Gelegenheiten zum Sitzen und Entspannen. Am Poolhaus ist man quasi in einem botanischen Park! Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Wir 5 haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Fijne plek dichtbij Lago di Bolsena

Goede week gehad bij deze vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Ruim en schoon appartement. Een prachtige groene oase middenin tussen schapen, hazelnoot bomen. Hadden geen toegang tot huis/kamer bij het zwembad. Leuke omgeving met mooie dorpjes en het Bolsena meer is prachtig!

Es muss wohl ein Missverständnis gewesen sein. das Häuschen am Pool war nur für eine Nacht nicht benutzbar. Danach war es frei zugänglich.

das traumhaus ist sehr stilvoll und wunderschön eingerichtet und der ausbau entspricht schweizer standards. der prächtige umschwung mit schilf, palmen, pflanzen und vielen schattenspendenden bäumen und dem kühlenden pool haben wir täglich genossen. aber auch der nahe gelegene lago di bolsena und die vielen kleinen alten dörfer / städte sind absolut sehenswert. auch biker und rennvelo-fahrer kommen hier auf ihre kosten. es ist wirklich alles da für tolle ferien! wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. wir kommen sicher wieder.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus in der Natur

Das Ferienhaus liegt in schöner Umgebung, etwas ausserhalb der Ortschaft Lubriano. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der grosse Garten lädt zur Entspannung und Erholung ein. Haus & Garten sind auch für Familien mit Kindern sehr geeignet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Im Haus ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen und kommen gerne wieder! Die Katzen haben nicht gestört, im Gegenteil... wir haben sie sehr lieb gewonnen!

Traumhaft schön! Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an zuhause gefühlt!

Es war einfach perfekt...: Wir haben den tollen Garten, die traumhaften Ausblicke, die Runden (bzw. Längen) im Pool, die Umgebung (Lago di Bolsena, Bagnoreggio, Rom, Orvieto, Lubriano), das liebevoll gestaltete Haus und überhaupt alles, sehr genossen. Zusätzlich verschönert wurden unsere Tage durch die Katzen "Wuschel" und "Bounty" - der Abschied ist uns nicht leicht gefallen. Vielen Dank für zwei schöne Wochen!

Einfach wunderschön!

Wir (Paar,57 und67),waren 2Wochen in Lubriano und waren begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Es ist alles vorhanden,was man braucht,um sich vollkommen zu entspannen und sich zu erholen.Wunderschön eingerichtet vom kunstaffinen Besitzer;wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt.Der wunderschöne Garten und der gepflegte Pool sind energetisierend. Die das Haus betreuende Person vor Ort war jederzeit erreichbar und kümmerte sich super um Pool,Garten und Haus. Die schönen Kulturstädte sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben die Ferien in diesem idyllischen Feriendomizil sehr genossen.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage, gute Ausstattung und alles sehr gepflegt. Schöne kleine Lebensmittelläden in Bagnoregio. Pool mit Ausblick in die Berge und viele Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten runden einen erholsamen Aufenthalt ab. Eine Reise wert!
