very nice house and has many upgraded products like kitchen cabinet, microwave,lightings, toilets, tiles in bathroom and showers. has nice flooring. big screen tv and the best part is 2min drive from the pacific shore. stunning view of the shore will take your breath away. you can watch big planes flying by while you enjoy the shore. for the price of rent is a jackpot. anything close to beach or shore will cost you at leat 900 to 1000 for rent for a night but this was less than 500. Thank you again ALLEN to let us stay in your beaitufull home and we all loved it very much.

Beautiful!

Property was beautiful and the location was ideal. The inside of the house was sparkly clean and well appointed. We were in town for SFSU graduation weekend. The whole family fit into the house with no problem. We were close to markets, restaurants, beaches and the drive to the city was quick and easy. We would love to visit again.

The property itself was SUPER clean. It has all high-end appliances and fixtures. The beds were very comfortable. A couple of things to consider: you will have to go up steps to carry your luggage in. Also, parking is HORRIBLE. We had to move our cars a few times due to street sweeping. The last night, we parked around the corner thinking we were safe.... only to wake up to a ticket on our windshield. So be sure you read ALL the signs on the streets before deciding where to park. The owners live in the house so you can not utilize the driveway. I think it would be helpful if the owner explained the hours of parking and where parking is allowed for the guests. We had two vehicles and both received tickets because we did not see the street sign which was located down the block on the road we parked on. Otherwise, it was a nice property.

Nice home and we would stay again. We would recommend some more basic necessities such as as drinking glasses, eating utensils
