The space This is a 2-story single-family house with living space on the main level and garage on the ground level. Guests enter through the main entrance and enjoy all the comforts of our brand-new, fully furnished private space, including:

** Family Room & Kitchen ** - 65-inch smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, and Airplay for you to enjoy tons of movies - High-speed WiFi - Nest-controlled heater and A/C - Dining table with seating for six - Fully equipped kitchen with brand new microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator, and plenty of cookware and tableware you may need - Coffee maker with a variety of coffee and tea - Washer/dryer with detergent in the garage
**Game & Fitness ** We convert our garage into a game & fitness space. There's a foosball table for you and your family/friends to have fun. There's also a 55-inch smart TV, gym mirror, and a yoga mat so that you can have some dance workouts or yoga time during your vacation/business trip.
** Cleaning ** To ensure your peace of mind, we use all-white linens, towels, pillows, duvets, and sheets. Our professional cleaning crew washes all bedding and towels and sanitizes the entire house before and after every guest.
** Parking ** Our driveway has enough space to park two cars side by side, there is also ample street parking available. The garage is not used for parking.
Guest access You will have access to the entire house and its attached upper-level deck. Check-in is convenient with smart locks, allowing you to arrive anytime, even if your flight lands late at night. You will receive the passcode once your booking is confirmed.
The separate basement is reserved for supplement storage. You and your family/friends will be the only ones staying on the property.
Other things to note There are 7 steps to the main entrance from the porch, and an additional 7 steps in the staircase to the upper level.
To provide an enjoyable experience to all of our guests, our house has some policies as below, thanks for your understanding.
- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be canceled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.
- Only guests named at booking are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Ask for approval, if you have visitors.
- Groups of visitors, or party size visitors are not allowed.
- NO PETS: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay.
- NO SMOKING: We maintain a strict no-smoking policy for the well-being of all guests. Any evidence of smoking inside the house will result in a $500 penalty.
- Late Check Out: Our cleaning company requires sufficient time to prepare the house, so they always begin their work promptly. The fee for late check-out is $80 for every 30 minutes.
- No Outdoor Shoes: Please note that our house has a no-outdoor shoe policy to ensure a consistently clean environment. We provide hotel slippers in case you don't bring them with you.
- To maintain a fresh interior, the fireplace is not to be used.

The California Energy Commission recommends setting the thermostat to 78°F in summer and between 68°F and 72°F on cold days.
To promote energy efficiency while providing a comfortable stay, below are the thermostat settings:
Heat Mode: This is the default mode, and you can set it as high as 72°F. Cool Mode: Set to as low as 76°F between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. on hot days.
