House was great! Freshly remodeled, very clean and pleasant. Bed was very comfy, AC and fans made temps very comfortable. Love the amenities and extra supplies in kitchen and bathroom. We didn’t spend much time at the house during the day but had very pleasant mornings and evenings there. Host Annie communicated very well, check in and check out were easy. Thank you!

Little Blue House is a wonderful place to stay!

Loved the little blue house!

Comfortable Stay in Springfield

The house is just as represented in the photos and descriptions with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owners are very easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Springfield area.

Great place to stay if visiting your kids at UO or the general area

Clean, freshly remodeled, everything functional. Cook for yourself saving $$$ though you really should try a beer or two at Plank Town Brewing.

Sara, I’m very happy that you enjoyed your stay! Was this your first VRBO? I ask because typically on VRBO guests go to great lengths to follow house rules, typically leaving the space in order and taking trash out to avoid any problems. That would be most helpful to your future stays in any VRBO.

Perfect Cozy and Clean

Annie’s home was the perfect place to stay for a few days just before dropping off my son in college. It was quiet and clean, affording a restful stay. Well equipped kitchen. And delicious apples from the tree in the backyard as a bonus!

A perfect property in Springfield. My daughter and I were here visiting my son who just moved to Eugene. This location is close to everything and is the most well-stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in. Annie thought of everything and is very communicative. The beds are very comfortable and the neighborhood is very quiet. Be sure to walk or drive to downtown Springfield - Washburn has the best Avocado toast I have ever had! You won’t be disappointed staying here.

Highly recommend

Place was clean and equipped with more than what we needed. Host was always available and checked in on us to make sure all was going well. Place was just like pictures shown in listing. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe even being one block off Main St. I would book again and highly recommend to others as well.

Stay in July

As usual, Annie ensured we had what we needed for a successful vacation. This is my 2nd stay in less than a year and this time I had my daughter and cousin with me and they were very surprised at how stocked the house was compared to other places they stayed. I plan to stay there again next year. Thank you Annie!
