The Space:

Mornings begin quietly, whether you stretch out beside the private heated pool or brew a fresh cup from the Keurig coffee bar. Later, you might unwind beneath the covered patio while a favorite show plays on the outdoor smart TV, easing into the relaxed rhythm that defines life near Clearwater Beach. Evenings gather around the fire pit, the glow reflecting off the water as the day winds down.



Sleeping arrangements

The home accommodates up to 7 guests across three bedrooms. A king bed anchors the primary bedroom, which includes a spacious walk‑in closet and an ensuite bathroom. A queen bed fills the second bedroom, while the third bedroom offers two full beds. A queen air mattress is available for extra flexibility. All rooms feature room‑darkening shades, fresh linens and essential comforts.

Step onto the screened patio to find comfortable outdoor seating, a flat‑screen smart TV and easy access to the private heated pool that invites year‑round enjoyment. The fully equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee bar and everything needed to prepare meals. An open‑concept dining area brings the family together, while the adjoining living space, styled with Tulum‑inspired décor, offers comfy seating for conversation or streaming on the high‑speed Wi‑Fi.

You’ll find a washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, a dedicated workspace and bathroom essentials including a bathtub and hot water. Four smart TVs are placed throughout the home for flexible entertainment. Family‑friendly touches include a pack ’n play, children’s books and toys. Safety features comprise a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher and first‑aid kit. The property is pet‑friendly, offers a private entrance, single‑level layout and free parking for up to three vehicles.

Other Things to Note:

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Cleanliness & Safety

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Our cleaning team follows the highest standards to ensure your stay is comfortable and safe. For your security, there is a Ring camera at the front door.



Pool Info

If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Check-Out

Check-out time is 10:00 AM. This allows housekeeping to prepare the home for the next guests. Late check-outs may result in a fee of up to $300.



Self-Catering Home

Casa Tuluma is self-catering, so we do not refill supplies during your stay. Here’s what’s provided:

- Bathrooms: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

- Laundry: detergent pods for up to 2 loads.

- Kitchen: paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dish soap, sponge, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Coffee maker available (coffee not provided).



If anything is missing or needs restocking, please let us know at check-in so we can assist promptly!



Interaction with Guests:

We offer convenient self check-in and check-out for a seamless arrival and departure. While we aren’t available in person, we’re always happy to answer any questions and assist you via the Airbnb messaging app.
