Nice place, AC was a huge plus. Nice beds, parking was pretty easy. Neighbors weren't super impressed as they didnt know this unit was a rental and didnt like the foot traffic which should be addressed.
We loved our stay in West New York. The view from New Jersey as we came back every evening made the location especially amazing. The accommodations were great for our family of 6. Highly recommend this location as a place to stay for a city trip!
We had a group of 5 and this was the perfect place for us to call home while staying in the Big City. Check in/out was effortless and communication with the host was quick and easy.
We enjoyed our trip to NYC. Our host was very kind and friendly. The appartment was nice, well equiped but just a little bit cold. The central heating was set too low. But portable heaters allowed us to warm up two rooms. Basically we can recommend a stay in this appartment.
The community is just fantastic. Their is a great super market close and four blocks is a great shopping area and a bus close to take you to Port Authority. When we came back from downtown, we found this place to be relaxing. Thank you accepting our reserve request.

Great location but not very clean
The location was great. A fun Hispanic community and very close to a beautiful view of the city and bus stops. Basic necessities are present.
Not ‘very clean’ as mentioned in listing. One in our group even accidentally stepped on a live cockroach…eww.
This apartment was so homey. The home owner was very quick to respond with any questions I had. He was a super nice guy and very helpful. Thank you, Sir!
Loved the location. Very close to a express bus stop that took you straight to the city hub where you could catch any subway to your destination. The bus stop to get home had the magnificent view of the city that we enjoyed looking at every night. Definately don't bother having a car. Parking is very difficult and once you have a spot you don't want to lose it. That was the most stressful part of the trip. The apartment is up 2 flights of steep stairs. The beds were comfy and the a/c units in each bedroom window worked. The apartment is a little run down and could use some fresh paint and updates. The shower always had hot water at the end of a long day. The apartment just consists of the 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and no living room. We would stay there again as it was a nice break from the city and we loved the view from the promenade.
Just a few minutes walk to the riverfront with a beautiful view of the NY skyline. Over all a great stay, will recommend! Stayed here with 3 adults and 3 kids aged 1,3 & 5. Host was very quick to respond to my questions and also provided very detailed information about the surrounding area. We drove in from Pennsylvania. Street parking only, no designated parking space. This was challenging especially with young children, something to keep in mind for future guests travelling with children. I’m not sure how accurate the travel time listed are but it took us 45mins to get to Times Square by car from the place, not including the walk to where the car was parked. The host did recommend taking advantage of public transportation to visit the city. We did that on Day 2 and had a much better time getting into Manhattan. Some of the windows do not close completely which maybe worrisome for some. Thank you Ozzie for having! We are looking forward to our next visit!!
Getting keys at beginning of trip was a little confusing since more locks have been added since pictures were taken, but great communication from host! As for place, located above deli...which gentleman there was super friendly and helpful! Location was good, just misconception on how far to path station for visiting NY, Uber was quick and useful.
Great clean little apartment! Comfortable beds, easy access to a little corner store with snacks and hot sandwiches downstairs. Very good explanation from the owners on rules, how to get in, and how to get a hold of them if we needed them. We didn't end up using the public transportation that was close by, but ended up using Uber from this location into Manhattan, and the drivers had no trouble finding the location or getting us back and forth. It is one block away from a great skyline view of the city. All in all a good stay.
We love thw neighborhood. Alot of people walking around and kids playing. Nice little community. Parking did suck especially Friday night high school football. But we made it workOne suggestion for the house would be a longer shower curtain. We were able to walk to the Hudson River get some Ben & Jerrys and see the skylight of NY which was Beautiful. Ordered a local pizza which was awsome. We drove to Hoboken and took the subway to NY. Our last day we took the Ferry over. Overall great stay!
Public transport is very nearby, with a stunning view of the skyline of NYC. The bus will bring you downtown in about 20 min. We went to a Walmart by car, but just around the corner of the apartment there is a supermarket. The apartment itself is old. Doors do not close very well without making a lot of noise. The mattresses could be better. And the chairs could be better. Some of them are near breaking down. The airconditioning makes a lot of noise as well. You get what you pay for I guess. We rented this place because of the price. It’s cheap for NYC. We felt safe there! We only slept there and had breakfast.

Initially not able to get into the building with the key provided. But did have quick response from the owner. Very limited towels. Was welcomed by a cockroach. Power strips don’t work. But at least our air conditioner worked.
Eduardo was the perfect host. He was there on time to meet us, he helped with our taxis to the airport on the departure day. He was in touch and responded immediately to our questions.
It was a beautiful location, and very easily accessible to the city, HOWEVER, if you have to drive like us it was a nightmare. You have to pay to park on the street. The price wasn’t even a daily price it was in increments of 12 hours. Make sure you are there before the 12th hour because they will ticket you. Also the building was freezing and you are unable to control the temperature, but the space heaters that were provided helped. The owner was very attentive to our concerns and responded promptly. Overall, it was a decent stay.
We had a bit of a time figuring out how to get from Newark to the rental but once that was sorted the location was perfect for exploring NYC but also getting out of the hub of it at the end of the day. Ferry ride was easy to get to and fast.
The kitchen could have used a bit more supplies such as spices for cooking and conditioner and a bar of soap would have been handy as well.
The air conditioner in the one bedroom stopped working after the first night but didn’t investigate too hard as to why.
Also, a bit hard to fully relax without a living room area but overall the space was big enough for us, clean, and close to everything, including groceries and laundry that we needed.
