Amazing location 5 min from ocean, South Beach Art Deco Building in the beautiful Art Deco District, near Versace Mansion, Good Time Hotel, and so many famous local spots for a beautiful Miami Beach experience. 3 blocks from South of Fifth, Prime Miami Beach area.
Small private building, great neighbors, street residential preferred parking.
2nd Floor Unit has new floors, new bathrooms, new appliances, and is furnished, wireless internet, recessed lighting, laundry in the unit, Central AC, TV in bedroom and living room.
Other room is kept by owner for storage, no one else living in the unit. Owner will have access to her room with notice to tenant.
