Es un hermoso estudio recién remodelado, con dos camas tamaño queen, fácilmente se pueden acomodar hasta 4 personas, consta de todas las facilidades que necesitas para que tu estadía sea cómoda y perfecta. Está ubicado a la orilla de la playa en el mundialmente reconocido Lincoln Road Boulevard. Deja que el Sol y las noches de south beach te cautiven.

Acceso para los huéspedes:
Aquí tendrás acceso a todas las comodidades del Condominio, como por ejemplo el gimnasio que esta completamente equipado y moderno, lavandería en todos los pisos, una fantástica piscina climatizada que tiene vista al mar, acceso exclusivo a la playa mas hermosa de SOBE donde podras disfrutar de las maravillosas playas gracias al servicio exclusivo de sombrillas y tumbonas cortesía del edificio por un costo muy bajo. Puesto gratuito en el valet parking solo para un (1) vehículo, así no tendrás que preocuparte de nada solo relájate y disfruta al máximo!.

Estas en el Corazon de SOUTH BEACH! Debo decir más? Estamos a la orilla de la playa, en el Boulevard mas famoso de toda Florida: Lincoln Road, muy cerca de Ocean Drive, the Art Deco District, Espanola Way, Conventión Center, cerca de los mejores hoteles y restaurantes de South Beach. Todo se encuentra a tan solo 1 a 10 minutos caminando. The Miami Beach Golf Club , Gorce Golf Club, La Playa de South Point y muchos lugares bellos que puedes ir caminando, en bicicleta, en tu auto, taxi u otros. Tambien Key Biscayne, Key Largo, Fort Lauderdale, El aeropuerto internacional de Miami y muchas locadidades importante estan a mucho menos de una hora en auto.

Vivo en Miami así que definitivamente estaré complacido en ayudarles en lo que pueda y en lo que este a mi disposicion, siempre estare al servicio de ustedes durante toda su estadia.

Otros aspectos que destacar:
La tarifa indicada por noche es para 4 huéspedes, por cada huespede adicional que tenga más de 2 años de edad deberá pagar el cargo extra. El maximo de huéspedes permitidos en el apart es de 6 personas.
Debido a que este es un condominio exclusivo, ciertas reglas para la entrada se aplican: Los visitantes deben siempre hacer una reserva por un mínimo de 30 dias, al hacer la reserva le dare las instrucciones para subir la aplicación online al menos con 10 días de anticipación a su llegada por un precio de 50$ cobrado por la aplicacion de la asociacion y esta debe ser aprobada por la asociación del condominio para poder realizar el check en el front desk. Pero no se preocupe, este es un proceso extremadamente fácil y lo podemos terminar en 10 minutos, ademas yo estaré para ayudarle y puedas hacer el proceso sin esfuerzo.
