We lost power our first night due to a bad storm and the host was there first thing in morning with generators to get the house up and running. We would definitely book with them again. Wonderful family vacation .

Very nice stay. We had 6 kids under 6 years old and there was plenty of space to spread out and play. The basement area was great for movie nights and the deck was amazing with the warm weather. Would stay again.

We rented this house for a visit with family. We chose it due to the proximity to family and the pool/patio. It did not disappoint! The pool was clean and inviting and all of the patio furniture was clean and comfortable for long hours of sitting and sunning. We were visited each day by a doe and her fawn down by the grassy area by the pool! Celeste was very responsive and accommodating when we arrived earlier than the check-in time. In case anyone you are traveling with is in a wheelchair or has mobility issues, please be aware that this house and patio has many levels and steps. It is definitely part of the charm but was challenging for my elderly parents stopping by for a visit. Otherwise, we loved our stay and Rich and Celeste were the best! The Welcome Basket was the best we've had during our bi-annual trips to Pennsylvania.

The Palms is a well thought out getaway with all the amenities you and your family could need. If staying in the Hershey PA area this is the place to stay.

Beautiful property!

This was a great house to stay in with a large group. There were 10 of us from infants to adults and there was plenty of room to spread out. Pool and spa were awesome and enjoyed by all!

What a wonderful stay we had at The Palms! The house is beautiful and looks just like the listing. The hosts provided absolutely everything we needed, including linens, towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc. They also set out a large basket full of local treats and had Hershey's Kisses on the beds. The house was exceptionally clean and there were easy instructions on where everything was and how it worked. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the showers felt great. The pool and hot tub were fantastic: clean, clear, and the perfect temperature. The game room was a huge hit, as was the projector screen, which I didn't even notice in the listing and was a fun surprise. The TVs were all connected and LOGGED INTO several streaming services: it was amazing! Check in was easy, and hosts didn't require much in terms of checkout. We had a few questions during our stay, and Celeste responded to every message within minutes. The house is just 15 minutes from Hersheypark, and there is a grocery store and gas station right down the street. Everything was super convenient and easy. There were 10 of us and we all had a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend The Palms. You'll love it!

We had a great experience! The house is nice. There are plenty of areas to spread out and the game room was really nice for the kids. The hot tub was nice on the chilly evenings. This is very close to Hershey. The host was good with communication and we especially appreciated the extra fridge in the mud room.

My family had a great time staying here. The house looked exactly like the photos and everything felt and was super clean. The communication with Celeste and Rich was great. This is our second stay at this beautiful property. It has everything you could ever want or need. The house is well furnished and equipped. Celeste and Rich are extremely responsive and with any communications. We simply couldn’t ask for more. We highly recommend this home and will be back again !
