Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beach side condo at Hilton Head Resort Villas. The main bedroom has a king bed and bedroom 2 has double bunks with lines and towels provided. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and dishes. The cozy living room has a wall mounted cable television with free wifi, board games and books for a relaxing time.
The community is filled with amenities like an indoor heated pool in our building, workout room, jacuzzi, indoor walking track, 2 outdoor pools, lighted tennis courts, playground, grill areas, on-site restaurant, bike rentals and more!!! There is a scenic pier walk to the beach or consult the schedule near the elevator for the golf cart shuttle. Beach towels, chairs and toys available at the unit.
Nearby there's dining, shopping, putt-putt, jet ski rentals, dolphin tours, and premier golfing.

This property offers days and days of activities as it is centrally located for shopping, food and fun for every age. Dolphin tours, jet ski, kayak and cat boat rentals, putt-putt, fireworks, festivals, or tour and tasting at Burnt Church distillery or just puttering around Old Town Bluffton, Harbour Town and Shelter Cove requires more than just a weekend. This condo gives us time and opportunity to enjoy it all.
What makes this property unique
Being close to the beach and having the indoor pool just outside our door gives us the best of both worlds. The heated indoor pool means year round play time.
