This home is conveniently located near grocery stores and numerous restaurants all within a mile. There are also golf courses, hiking trials, the Airport, and the Cardinals Stadium all within 20 min . While this area is not Scottsdale, our neighborhood is safe and friendly.

The Space:
» Private backyard with a large pool (heating optional for $80/day).
» Fire pit, BBQ grill, string lights, and outdoor seating.
» Fresh eggs from our chickens.
» Highspeed internet.
» Smart TVs in the living room, all bedrooms, and near grill and hot tub.
» Tastefully furnished with all the conveniences one would expect on vacation.
» The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cook supplies.
» Master bedroom features a King sized bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanities and walk in shower, and a private exit to backyard.
» A Queen sized bed can be found in both bedrooms 2 and 3.
» A bunk bed with a Full sized bed on the bottom and Twin sized bed on the top can be found in room 4.
» Washer and dryer are also available for guests to use.

Pool Heating:
» During the summer the pool does not need additional heating, however during the winter months we recommend heating it. It is an additional $80/day to keep it comfortable enough for you to enjoy. The hot tub is always heated at no charge.

Guest Access:
» Guests will have access to the garage as well as 3 parking spaces in the driveway. There is also free street parking available.
» Guests will have access to the entire property EXCEPT for the two locked storage closets located in the house.
» We have a keypad on front door and garage. Guests will receive the codes the morning of check-in.
