Spacious home with large family room, dining room, eat in kitchen with 3 stool counter. Has a huge master bedroom with a balcony that has a partial view of the Narragansett Bay which is a block away. Basketball hoop, outdoor lawn games, firepit, beach wagon, chairs and umbrella as well as large deck with a hot tub and outdoor shower. Private community small boat and kayak launch. Two playgrounds nearby. Five minute drive to historic Wickford village. Much to do in the Newport area and surrounding towns not to mention the many beautiful beaches nearby!
