About this property

A great place, a great location, a great stay throughout the whole year. Modern, newly remodeled and furnished townhouse is located within NorthStar Resort and comes with full amenities. Private balcony overlooking a beautiful view of snowy grounds and green trees. Enjoy access to exclusive Home Owner’s Rec Center. Cozy home located just few min away from NorthStar Village, & close to North Lake Tahoe, Downtown, Donner Lake. Open, bright, and spacious townhouse comfortably fit up to 8 – 10 guests.

Especially during these times, cleaning is a very high priority of ours. The townhouse is sanitized with Covid 19 standards.

This townhouse consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a total of 5 beds. Each bedroom is furnished with a trundle bed (1 queen and 1 double bed), and a sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen is equipped with full amenities including a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, microwave, and oven. The laundry room consists of a brand new dryer and washer.

Access High-speed Wifi throughout the condo and enjoy a Netflix movie on the internet enabled wall-mounted flatscreen TV in the living room. In the summertime, enjoy a cold beverage on the private deck while reading a book.

Enjoy trails and wooded forest around the condo within luxurious NorthStar Resort. Access the lap pool courts at the homeowner's recreation center for a $10 per guest fee.

This home is conveniently located in the prime area just a few minutes away from NorthStar Village. Complimentary door to door shuttle service is provided throughout NorthStar Village. Head 7 miles away to the lively historical Truckee Downtown or popular Kings Beach at North Tahoe. Endless adventures are located closeby including river water rafting, golfing, horseback riding, adventurous hiking and biking, skydiving, skiing, and more.

A great place to stay!

This was a nice, practical, updated unit in a very quiet part of the Northstar community. It was stocked with everything we needed, including laundry detergent and coffee. The trundle beds are such a smart choice, but would not recommend that four adults share a room. Technology was great, and our pup was happy there. The only thing I’d want others to know is that the walls and floors are thin. That’s absolutely no fault of the owner, but if you’re a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs! Would absolutely stay here again with my family.

Ski trip!

We had a wonderful stay here in Indian Hills. A great location for skiing and playing in the mountains. Our family of four as well as our family bull dog were all comfortable.
