1.Bayless cul de sac is a family and peaceful community. Any behavior that is contrary to this is strictly prohibited. Our quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00 am.
2. Crude, offensive, loud (greater than 65 decibels), disorderly, unlawful, dangerous,
intoxicated and lewd behavior is strictly prohibited.
3. Smoking is prohibited.
4. All Guests must be registered at check-in (including children and pets)
5. Guest has access to parking spaces on the street only. Guest is prohibited from parking in cul de sac, driveway, or in front of the house
6. No parties or events.
7. No drugs, firearms, fireworks, wood or charcoal grills or fires of any kind on the
premises.
The Owner will make every effort to ensure the property is maintained to the highest quality and will conduct repairs as quickly as possible. Still malfunctions happen, there is no rebate or refunds on malfunctions. In addition there is no refunds due to blackouts, water shortage, flooding, or construction near property etc
The Owner will not be responsible or liable for lost, damaged items inside or outside the property. The owner is not liable for any inconvenience or damages arising from any defects or stoppage of water, gas, electricity, plumbing, internet, weather conditions, natural disasters or Acts of God
All guest will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fees paid for any of the following:
-Occupancy exceeds the capacity of registered persons
-Use the premises for any illegal activity including the use of drugs and prostitution
-Causing any damages to the property or any neighbor's property
