Completely stocked with cooking hardware, washer/dryer, and plenty of entertainment options (2 oversized 4k TVs, surround sound in main living area, board games/cards, poker table, outdoor hangout. Extremely fast gig speed internet, so the whole family can stream! Amazing location! Brand new backyard fit for entertainment with firepit, grill, seating, and grass. 1 minute to highway i5, 11 minutes to Sacramento Int Airport, and 12 minutes to UC/Downtown Davis. Garage space not included.

The place worked out great for our stay while visiting our kids who are attending UC Davis. It's actually not that far a stay from Davis. Easy location. It is very clean and organized and has a poker table which we had fun playing.

The house was really comfortable for 3 couples. Everything was labeled and easy to find. Nice details, like new toothbrushes in the bathrooms in case you forgot. All around a great stay and a great host. Thank you so much

Everything was great! Ben took great detail in making sure our stay was amazing. He was quick to respond with questions I had. We were able to celebrate my niece's graduation in this beautiful home with family and friends. The home has everything you need and it felt like we were home. We would stay here again. This is part of Woodland's more modern district. All the houses are clean and well maintained, and it's within walking distance to many facilities (Restaurants, grocery stores, banks, and coffee). Also -- of course -- it's very close to UC Davis without being caught in the business of the city of Davis.
