Inaccurate

Elevators did not work. Had to take the stairs to the 8th floor. After paying for the hotel through VRBO, the hotel then charged me an additional $20 a night per room for a “resort fee”. They could not explain what the fee was actually for. Rooms were very small and they did not accommodate putting all 3 rooms on the same floor. Also, could not sleep at night due to the loud music and noise from outside even at 3 am. There was a homeless man heckling people for hot dogs and money while we waiting 15 minutes for the elevator in the hotel lobby. Staff did not question or remove him. Meanwhile, during the check in process, staff asked for the first and last name of every member of our party.
