Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Alaska Junction and Alki beach. There are grocery stores, restaurants and bars around the corner. Take a water taxi to downtown Seattle, or ferrry to Vashon. Big backyard for BBQ'n and front deck facing west to watch amazing sunsets over the Olympic Mountains. After a day at the beach, on the boat, up in the mountains, or shopping downtown, it's a great place to come back too or never leave. We also provide Cars in the driveway for rent and exclusive access with preferred pricing to Lake Union yacht charter. Take a Sunset Cruise around Lake Union and experience Seattle like no one else.

Loved this house. Didn’t realize how old it was but it’s in great shape only down side was no microwave which would have been helpful.

I've lived in West Seattle since 2011. I really enjoy the Pacific North West in general. There's alpine lakes, snow covered peak, Puget Sound and warm lakes with amazing food. There's so much to do here, and we are really happy to share it with you.

Why they chose this property

We like this Spot on the Hill because it's in the middle of many things, and is a quiet location. You can walk to Alki beach, the Junctions for entertainment, hop over to downtown Seattle quickly. And then you come home to a nice, quiet slice of heaven.

What makes this property unique

Spot on the Hill has a cooks kitchen. Fully equipped with high quality tools and cookware. We like to cook, and if you do too, than this is a great place.
