Quiet, private and charming studio home in the great area feels like it is miles away from the city’s fast-pace, yet is actually only minutes away. Suited for couples and get aways. Within a three block walk there are 10+ restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, boutiques, and the Admiral Theater, with multiple breweries nearby. Parks, tennis courts and ball fields are across the street. Puget Sound, Alki Beach, Water Taxi to Downtown. 15 minutes walking distance from the Stadiums Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park for Seattle Seahawks, Mariners and Sounders games.

The space
This new studio home has new and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Wall mounted TV with Netflix, Amazon, your choice... Queen size bed is very comfortable and room is very quiet. Bathroom has an awesome tiled shower. New Washer and Dryer is also available. A peaceful front patio surrounded by trees welcomes you for some outdoor fresh air.

Great Affordable Place to Stay

This place gave us good vibes from the start. Our host was more than accommodating. The place was cozy for us. We were within walking distance to some great restaurants and our morning routine included a nice walk to Freshys. Please book if you are looking to have a great experience.

Awesome and convenient stay in Admiral!

My parents were in town visiting from the Midwest and Beata’s place offered the perfect spot for them to stay in my neighborhood! Everything is walking distance, the little house is perfect for a couple and everything felt secure and cozy. And Beata is an attentive and lovely host! We’ll definitely be booking that for all our family and friends who come to visit!

Great Location!

Beata was a wonderful host, who was there to greet us when we arrived. She had plenty of suggestions for nearby eateries, bars and even a French bakery. The location is close enough to downtown Seattle that you can take a water taxi, Uber or drive yourself. The guest house was very nice, clean, perfect space for 1 to 2 people and pet friendly!

Thanksgiving family visit

Second time staying here. Great location for walking to California Avenue and its shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Cozy little house with everything a couple would need. We’ll probably be back for a third time!

Perfect for our needs

We stayed here for about a week while we had our floors refinished at our home in north Seattle. Beata’s place was small, but adorable, and had everything we needed, and more, which we really appreciated after living out of suitcases for the last two months while our house was being renovated. We were not very familiar with the neighborhood before staying here, so it was a very pleasant surprise how nice the neighborhood was and how well situated it was, with two very nice grocery stores, breweries, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shops, all walking distance. Beata was very responsive and very sweet. Thanks, Beata, for such a wonderful experience during a very stressful time for us.

We visited Seattle for the first time for my birthday and it was an amazing experience. The studio was perfect for my girlfriend and I. It was very quiet and tucked away from everyone, but the location was perfect. We were close to downtown Seattle, walking distance to the water taxi’s, as well a number of restaurants. Beata and Rene were great hosts, our flight was delayed and they were very accommodating to us. We definitely enjoyed our stay and recommend staying here. We will be back for sure and know exactly where we will stay.

Very nice little cottage. The bed is very comfortable. The location is quiet and close to grocery and restaurants. The hostess is very kind and helpful. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is there was a bit of an ant problem while we were there. However, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The owners were fantastic. Went above and beyond helping me with an issue and bringing me an extra fan when the weather was unusually warm. We were staying there for son's wedding which turned out they were very familiar with and we exchanged pictures. All directions clear both on check in and out. Cute MIL cottage. Everything you could need supplied. Has own entrance separate from main house. Great location. Easy walk to grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Nice parks close by. Streets have sidewalks which is super great for walking my dog late at night and in a safe friendly neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Great 2 Night Stay! Quaint and comfortable. Easy check in, everything needed is there. Hope to book this again in the near future! Had to take a pic of the bathroom sink, cute and tiniest one I’ve seen.
