Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this quiet, comfortable and centrally-located home. Located within 1 mile of downtown Sevierville, Soaky Mtn Waterpark, Sevierville Events Center, Sevierville Golf Club, Shopping. 25 mi. to Neyland Stadium, 7 mi to Dollywood & Pigeon Forge, and some of the best fishing in the country. Everything was perfect. The best thing about the property is the location. You’re close enough to Gatlinburg and close enough to getting out without fighting the traffic.Also, the house is beautiful and immaculate. Zero complaints.

We really enjoyed our stay at the homestead. Close enough to easily go see the sites, but not too close to feel overwhelmed by the bustle. Unlike other rentals, this house had everything needed to have an extended stay. Would definitely want to stay here again if we ever visit in the future. Thanks!

Family getaway

Everything was so clean and tidy! The kids loved the trundle bed. We enjoyed being able to find the house at night with the outside lights! The dog crate and bowls were a huge bonus as we didn't have to bring ours with us!
