Good vacation home

Love the property and location. It's convenient to Disney, Groceries. There are 6 of us and it's plenty of room to stretch. Pool and lazy river, archade, bars are so awesome. Will come back here if we visit Disney again.

Pleasant Stay

Property was clean and looked like pictures online. Beds were comfortable. The Regal Palms resort area showed some age. Arcade area was rough, but still kept teens occupied. Bring your own floats for the lazy river, and expect big crowds at the pool (which seemed small for the size of the resort). None of that is on the owner though. The owner was great with communication, check in was a breeze and there were no surprises at check out. Our group would consider staying here again. THE ONLY downside, was a note to keep the central unit between 73-78 degrees. Living in the south, I understand wanting to keep the a/c from freezing up or completely going out from over exertion. However, 73 degrees makes for uncomfortable sleep temperatures when it’s still near 90 outside.

Home away from home

This townhouse is awesome for a family of 10 and probably hold 12. There's a room downstairs for guest who dont want to climb the stairs. It has its own bathroom also. 3 bedrooms upstairs. Master is big enough for a crib or extra air mattress and it has its own bathroom. Then there's a bathroom in the hall for the other two rooms. Owns has just about everything you need if you have a little one, crib and highchair. Kitchen was great to cook in. Has most of the things you would use at home. The amenities are fantastic. My family had a great time at the pool with the water slide and lazy river. And if you get hungry or need a drink, the bar and grill there has you covered. My family and I are already planning a week trip for next year. Its very close to Disney and 40 mins from Universal. 1 hr to the airport. We didn't want to leave. Own has great communication and get back to you fast. 5 stars from me.
