There is also an outdoor shower to use after a day of fun at the beach, which is only half a mile from this property.

The first floor offers a private suite with its own entrance that does not require stairs to get to. This space offers a twin over full bunk bed and full bathroom with a walk-in shower as well as a fully stocked kitchenette. As you make your way to the second floor you are greeted with an open and spacious living room. Catch the big game or cuddle up on the couch for a movie on the large flat screen TV or enjoy the beautiful ambiance sitting in front of the fireplace (with or without heat). The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. There is plenty of seating space at the kitchen bar or adjacent dining table. A washer and dryer is located off the hallway for your convenience. The master bedroom has a plush king size bed. The newly updated restroom offers a ceiling mount rainfall shower head, perfect for a relaxing shower after the beach. The second bedroom offers a full-size bed and twin bunk beds. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and twin bunk beds. There is an additional full bathroom off of the hallway. The wrap around porch gives you a panoramic view of the pond. The back porch has two captain chairs to enjoy the beautiful sunset and the front porch has rocking chairs to sit back and enjoy the sound of the pond's waterfall feature or listen to the ocean waves. Sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee while the turtles splash the morning away. The home has plenty of walkable yard space, a bridge perfect for pictures and a dock for fishing.
