Brock's Beach Pad, located in the Sunrise Beach community, is a newly constructed neighborhood on Highway 361, just minutes from Port Aransas. The community offers a pedestrian and golf cart-accessible boardwalk and beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico.

As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by an open floor plan and stylish decor. The kitchen is fully stocked and has brand-new stainless steel appliances. An air fryer/instant pot combo and a Ninja blender are also provided. You'll find a combination Keurig/Drip coffee maker, as well as complimentary coffee and creamer. The dining table accommodates up to 8 people, and there are 4 additional bar stools.

The living room is furnished with comfortable seating, a 65-inch flat-screen TV, and an electric fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere for indoor relaxation. Spectrum streaming is available on Roku TVs. Queen sleeper sofa provided.

There is a full-sized, stackable washer and dryer located in the hallway closet.

Enjoy a game session on the Arcade games - Pac-Man, NFL Blitz, and Street Fighter. We have also provided outdoor games such as Giant Connect 4 and corn hole.

Outside near the pool area, you will find an outdoor sofa and chairs, a propane grill, a half bath, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long fun beach day. Enhance your evening ambiance with stylish patio string lights.

Free parking on premises for up to 4 vehicles (depending on the size of the vehicle). The garage is not large enough for a vehicle, but it could fit a golf cart or be used for other storage. Boat and trailer parking are not permitted.

Guests have access to entire home including the garage, as well as access to the communal beach walkover.

Age requirement of 25 years or older to reserve this property. Guests under this age would need to be accompanied by a parent or family member.

SELF-CATERING: This property is self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.

Great family friendly stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect for us, beach access was great, and the pool and games were a huge hit with the kids. We will 100% book here again if we come back to Port A.

2 minute by golf cart or 5 minute walk to beach. Beach was not terribly busy where we were.

Was able to get together with high school buddies to fish and just hang out at the beach. This place was perfect and had easy access to everything we wanted. The small pool was nice to relax in at the end of the day and just relax. Everything was clean and comfortable, I’d highly recommend for friends, family , or any group that loves the beach.

This listing offers everything you need for a nice stay. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. It is a short walk to the beach and short drive to town. The beach is very nice. The cocktail pool is very private and so refreshing after a day on the beach.

Wonderful stay at Brock's Beach Pad! The hosts were easy to contact and were thoroughly attentive to everything we needed. This home is well kept and the hosts have thought of everything from kitchen gadgets to pool toys/games. Our kids much enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and clean outdoor pool. They never slowed down the entire trip! Parenting win! We will be booking another stay next year.

Beautiful house, plenty of room for all ages, everything was perfect! Right on beach- you have a great walkway straight to the water. Too cool for the pool, so sad cause it was beautiful. Perfect little spot! Hope to be back

Quick Weekend Getaway

Great place!! From the moment we arrived and stepped up on the balcony the views and sound took our breath away. Much needed relaxing weekend after a rough couple months. By far the best place we have stayed in Port A. House was immaculate and all the extras you could want. Quiet and far away from town that it was relaxing but close enough you could get to everything you wanted. Defenatly will be staying here again! Thank you so much!

Great beach getaway!

We had a great stay over spring break with our two teenagers and a couple of their friends. Brock’s Beach Pad was comfortable and clean! It isn’t a huge place but was perfect for 6 of us on a 5 day stay…spent most of the time at the beach anyway. The kids did enjoy the arcade games in the evenings. It’s a quick walk or ride in a golf cart over the beach access to a nice quiet part of the beach. Head north a couple miles or so and party all you want if that’s your thing…it’s just not ours. Would definitely stay here again when back in the area. .

The location was great, walking distance to the beach! There is construction in the area, but it wasn’t distracting or too noisy. The view is now obstructed due to the new homes being built, but you can still see the water from the balcony. The home was spacious and the seating around the pool area was nice. Some of the bedrooms have sliding barn doors that had some gapping at the top, so those concerned about privacy had to change in the bathroom. It’s not a huge issue, just something to be aware of depending on who you are traveling with.

Awesome stay.

Awesome house and close to beach. Clean. Compact. Great host. Ants were an issue in the neighborhood and home, beware.Tar in Port A was a little crazy. Expect construction in the neighborhood. Direct view of beach was tainted by a port a potty and construction equipment, but this is a transient issue. Definitely was a challenge for someone looking for zen beach vibes to recover from a very busy spring. Wish I would have known before arrival or when booking of the expected immediately next door construction.

Brock Rocks!!

Brock’s beach pad was awesome and would highly recommend. This place had everything you need and a lot of extra. Lots of extra linens and blankets; towels; and if you forgot something it’s probably there too lol. They had plenty of extras you don’t get at a lot of home rentals so that was a blessing. Never did we worry about the following because it was all there: Starbucks K- Cups, towels, basic seasonings; trash bags; dishwasher soap, Dawn soap; shampoo and conditioner; iron; arcade games; large washer and dryer; and the walkway to the beach was very convenient for walking or a golf cart. Beautiful views on the beach in the morning. It was so easy to check in also. The response time from the host is great. We will be back for sure. Didn’t disappoint at all!

Fully stocked kitchen, extra linens, full laundry including detergent, and hand soap at all the sinks, very communicative host and a nice walk over the dunes to the beach. Toys and a nice pool. We went in November and the water at the beach and in the pool was perfect. Would certainly return. Easy drive to CC & minutes from Port A, even had multiple delivery options.

Family & Friends Get Away

We went down to one of our favorite places, Port Aransas, for a long weekend with family & friends. This was the first time we rented Brock’s Beach Pad, and it was just what we needed. The house was perfectly equipped for 7 of us. It was clean, the furniture and linens were very nice and comfortable. The kitchen was organized and complete with everything we needed. The bathrooms were modern, clean, and functional. The pool area was nice and included an outdoor shower and hose to clean off sand from our feet. Well appointed powder room by the pool was convenient, too. The boardwalk to the beach was very nice and close to the house. The House Info book that was provided was incredibly detailed and informative. Not a single problem with this place, and we would love to stay there again.
