The primary bathroom has dual vanities, a stand-up shower, a separate jacuzzi bathtub, and a large walk-in closet. The first-floor stairs lead to a bunk room complete with bunk beds for eight guests and another 65-inch flat-screen HDTV. It's playfully decorated to simulate being in the belly of a ship and has views of the surf! It's the perfect spot for kids or teenagers to relax in their own space away from the adults!

The first floor also includes a closed garage with many beach chairs, toys and a two-person kayak. There is a covered patio with a gas grill and another sitting and dining area.
