Conveniently located two blocks from the beach, Sebo Seaside is a beautifully remodeled home with many high-end upgrades and a neutral coastal décor throughout. The entire first floor is comprised of an open-concept living and dining space. The chic living room is detailed with a grey palette and white shiplap walls. Relax on the sofa and accent chairs with ottomans around the 50” flat-screen TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Practice your culinary skills in the updated kitchen with spacious quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances, stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Gather for meals at the formal dining table with seating for six and additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. Off of the kitchen, is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The downstairs full bathroom is at the bottom of the staircase with a large vanity sink and tile shower.
Venture upstairs where you will find three bedrooms and two baths. The master suite (BR1) is outfitted with a King bed and a 42” flat-screen wall-mounted TV, nightstands, and a built-in window seat, perfect for reading a book. The ensuite master bathroom features a double vanity and a walk-in shower with tile accents and a glass enclosure. The bunk room (BR2) has two Twin over Twin bunk beds, a closet, and a wall-mounted TV. The guest room (BR3) has a queen-sized bed, nightstands, closet, and wall-mounted TV. The adjacent shared hallway bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination. Walk out onto the screened-in balcony which has partial ocean views, a ping-pong table, and ample seating for evening gatherings or afternoon naps.
Sebo Seaside offers a private oasis in front of the home with a resort-style pool, a shaded patio with an outdoor table for dining, a wooden swing, a charcoal grill, and plenty of loungers for soaking up the sun beside the pool. This home is just 2 blocks from the beach and 0.3 miles from shops and restaurants.

Private Pool. Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.
