About this property

This is the perfect home away from home location! We are thrilled to share our new chic location in the Broad Ripple district of Indianapolis. We are passionate about our guests having an exceptional experience to make your travel to our beautiful city a stress free and relaxing experience. Our goal is to take care of every detail for you while staying in the home.

THE SPACE.....meticulously renovated with over 2000 sq.ft, and the most up to date finishes. It offers 3 spacious bedrooms (2 upstairs and 1 master suite on the main level) with a full bathroom on both levels.

The main floor has its own living room area with a smart TV, dining room, equipped kitchen, and an entertainment room with board games, vinyl record player and an arcade which opens up to the fully fenced backyard and deck.

If you need to work remote while visiting no problem! The home offers multiple work points including a private workstation in one of the large bedrooms that is perfect for those virtual meetings or focus work.

The home also features a large covered front porch and private, fully fenced backyard with a firepit. The home’s open space will allow you and your party plenty of room to socialize while still having your own space to just retreat and relax.

House also equipped with 1000Mbps WiFi providing plenty of bandwidth for all guests.

The home also offers updated appliances, including a washer and dryer which guests may use if needed. We provide detergent and dryer sheets for our guests.

Free parking is never an issue at the home, as there is a long driveway plus 2 additional spaces directly in the front of the home.

Great broad ripple location

The house was great! Very clean and well appointed. We loved the galaga game! 4 of us (2 couples stayed for the weekend and we liked how close this property was to the monon trail and broad ripple. We walked to Good Morning Mama’s and Half Liter Beer & BBQ hall. We also visited The Garage downtown and the Kitchenette in Broad Ripple. This was a great convenient location and comfortable place to stay.

Amazing holiday stay!

We had a great time staying at the Broadripple Gem 2. The house was perfect for our family and just blocks from my sisters house. The house was stocked with everything and needed and nicely decorated for the holiday. Highly recommend!
