This property is a modern farmhouse home that is perfectly decorated with out guest in mind. With high end bedding and detailed touches, we have made this home a home away from home. We have added a private hot tub for our guest. Come enjoy the cozy porch with coffee in the morning, it is one of our families favorite things to do!

Experience Gruene at a farmhouse styled pace. With our private home located on 0.52 acres, we are two minutes from Rockin R Rides (river access ) and three from Gruene Hall where you will find the best shopping, food, wineries, and the most memorable times here in Gruene. From our back porch you are able to enjoy the view of the Historic Gruene tower. We also have golf carts to rent/add to your stay. They are a great way to get around to all the different shops, restaurants, and wineries.

Cozy Clean House ~

Very clean, cozy comfy beds, kitchen and living area. We felt safe and secure after a day of lunch and shopping in Gruene. The hot tub was a bonus activity and we enjoyed it immensely! The train does come about 11 &12:30 and you can definitely hear the horn. The owner is very nice and communicative.

Stone’s throw from all the fun!

We have a quick trip to Grueene and very much enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse. The location is very close to historic Grueene and the house was very comfortable for our family. We loved the rocking chairs on the back porch! We will be back!

Perfect!

The property was perfect!! Very cute, clean, well decorated and had every amenity you could want. The grill worked wonderfully and loved having the (sonic) ice makers! We reserved a golf cart (although we were upgraded) : ) and it was a lot of fun. Perfect location as well!! Would definitely recommend and we would stay here again!

Perfect Gruene Weekend

Wow, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. The location is SO close to Gruene! We opted for a golf cart and it was an excellent choice. The restaurants, live music, bars, and river are super close (about a 2 or 3 minute ride in the golf cart.) The house itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The owners have really gone above and beyond with the thoughtful amenities (multiple ice machines, TVs, hot tub (yes, there's even a cupholder!)) The host was so responsive leading up to and during our trip. I would give this property 6 stars if that was available. We stayed with 6 adults the first night (utilized the sofa bed and very nice air mattress) and just two adults the second night: we were very comfortable and didn't feel cramped at all. I would imagine the hot tub would start to feel cramped with more than 3 adults, but there are rocking chairs, cornhole, a grill, and more available on the back patio, so it could still work with a bigger group. We cannot WAIT to come back! Thank you!!

The Gruene Porch

This location was very easy to get to, close to many things in that town, and was just as we pictured it. The style is very cute with updated accents throughout. It offered a little bit of comfort for everyone in our group!

My name is Julie and I’m a proud Texas Tech Alumni! Lubbock has been home to myself and my family for almost 20 years! After graduation I ventured into insurance which led me down to south Texas, where we then ended up in Gruene, right next to New Braunfels! With family in Lubbock and almost 400 miles between us, this AirBnB is a sweet escape for family trips, football games, and quality time at home. My hobbies include traveling, golfing, fishing, and TEXAS TECH FOOTBALL. Traveling is definitely at the top of that list, and with having experience in Real Estate and Insurance, my time on the road and the views I’ve had doing that created the vision for this. From going across the country and having been to over twenty different states, and (what feels like) almost every little town in between, I’ve found a passion in designing comfy and cozy AirBNB’s with great accommodations that make it feel like home! My family and I desire to bring out the best no matter where our AirBNB’s are located (we have a few others so look us up) and to do that we’ve created a book that you’ll find in each of our stays. This notebook will you a glimpse into the best spots for food, some fun adventures, a cold drink, and some great shopping. Golf Cart Rentals : Gruene/New Braunfels is golf cart friendly. You have the option to add a cart to your stay. We have a six-seater for $150 and a four-seater for $100. All rentals are for 24-hrs from the time of drop off. They are great to take around to all the different shops, restaurants, and wineries.
