This grand new shingle-style Hamptons home is surrounded by 40 acres of protected woods on a private driveway north of the towns of Southampton and Watermill, providing a private, luxurious oasis. The view from in the backyard is of trees for as far as the eye can see. The large chef's wood and granite appointed kitchen opens to a large impressive dining room perfect for entertaining or large family meals. The double height great room is surrounded by windows on 3 sides to feel at one with nature. The white slip-covered couches and chairs offer a stylish space to talk or curl up with a great book. The house has 5 bedrooms, (2 master bedrooms with bathroom ensuite one downstairs and one upstairs, two bedrooms with 2 twin beds apiece which share a bathroom and one den/bedroom with queen pullout. The house also features two media rooms with large flat screen TVs, a large separate gym, expansive heated pool and a pergola shading a large Moroccan table outside (which seats 10 people) and a gas grill that’s perfect for big meals.
The house is a 10 minutes from the U.S. Open, 2 minutes from a wonderful farm stand, 10 minutes from the towns of Southampton or Watermill, and 15 minutes to Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton.

What makes this property unique
We love to cook amazing dinners and brunches in our home and have big meals with friends and family. We love to sit in the backyard to swim, play badminton, or just read. We love the gorgeous beaches where we stay all day long, and shop the delicious fresh food of the farmstands. For families with kids there is loads to do on the beach and off including renting boats to water-ski, sailing and/or kayak lessons, mini-golf or strolling through the quaint towns at night to have dinner or an ice cream. There are theaters which offer shows for kids and adults and delicious restaurants both for adults who love high end food and families who have picky eaters for kids. It's easy to go fishing near the house or walk along the bay to pick up shells. The Hamptons offers the best of it all, relaxed, laid back time along with exciting night life for those that want that.
