- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.



- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.



- Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.



- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.



- No RV or Trailer parking.



- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane for grills and outdoor fireplaces. There is often a supply left by previous guests, so we recommend checking before purchase.



- This is a pet-friendly property. There will be a fee of $75.00 per pet. Please note that no pets should be over 75 lbs and we only allow a maximum of 2 dogs. Pets must be kenneled when not supervised, and must be housebroken. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Please note that the pet fee must be paid before booking.

4.5 StarsClean, easy check in and great location. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Comfy beds. Kitchen stocked well for light cooking. Some of the blinds need replacing, two sets of jets didn’t work in hot tub. Pool table could be leveled, but we still had fun playing. Loved the arcade games!

4-night stay in Tennessee.

Loved the house, it was a great location. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. My only very small complaint was the front porch seating was not very comfortable. We like sitting outside in the evenings. Some nice rocking chairs or cushioned seating would have been great. I would defiantly stay there again.

Perfect Getaway

We loved this cabin so much! Perfect location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin was exactly as advertised and the hosts were amazing to communicate with. Will definitely rent again!

Very Nice

Very clean and kept place. The management is very prompt and helpful. I would just recommend keeping two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom especially when the existing roll is low when we arrived. Also, a seperate soap for sink and bath.

Thanksgiving trip!

Easy to get to property, we enjoyed the amenities of the pool table and especially the hot tub. Beautiful sunset from the master bedroom. We loved the coziness and Christmas decorations! We did have little lady bugs join us by the windows but no harm we didn’t mind them! Over all, our family enjoyed the house and best of all the quietness

Fall break

Loved the location. The kids had fun with the arcade games and pool table. We had a bear cub climb onto the back deck and got to see the mom and 4 cubs in the woods and on the road. Would definitely stay again. Enjoyed mini golf, Dollywood and Goats on the Roof coaster.

Fabulous Mountain Getaway!

Fabulous mountain getaway spot! Very clean and well taken care of. Convenient location (10-15 mins) for Gaitlinburg, Smokies, and Dollywood. Would definitely recommend. Kids loved loft with pool table and arcade games. Hot tub also great for chilly evenings.

Convenient stay, comfortable cabin

Our family of 6 was comfortable in this 3 bedroom, 2 full bath cabin. Master uptairs with full bath and two bedrooms with queen beds downstairs, with a full bathroom on that level also. It was nice that each room had its own TV. The cabin is conveniently located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so it is an easy drive to either. We parked at the Gatlinburg welcome center and took the trolley into town. Highly recommend Iron Forge Brewing; good beer and good food.

Smoky Mtn stay

We had a great time on our vacation and enjoyed all the amenities your cabin had to offer. Check in and check out was easy. My only complaint is the shrubs/trees need trimmed up along the back porch so you can see out a bit. There was also quite a bit of trash back there (probably because you can’t access it because it’s overgrown). Everything else was perfect.

The thermostat is locked on 67 degrees which when its mid sixties out coming home to 67 degrees is cold. The view on the internet must be 10 years old. Actual pictures attached. Lots of burnt out lights and poorly hung doors and cabinets. The dryer door hits you in the head. It goes on and on. You have to slam the front door ,my fiance and kids can barely open it. The dishes in the cabinets were not clean. Lots of poorly done maintenance like they drill the bath doorknob in the wrong spot and just beat the plug back in . It wawas

Momma Bear and babies

Nice stay but bedroom upstairs very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. Needs a separate window air conditioner to improve sleep. Other, looked over back rail and saw trash that had been thrown on the ground. So if you don’t have to sleep upstairs or look over balcony, it’s a nice stay. Best part of our stay was being visited by a mom bear and her twin cubs as they walked near the cabin before disappearing in the woods. Priceless!
