Fabulous, Spacious Oceanview 3 Bedroom Condo with A/C!

Aloha Sherri and thank you so much for your review!! The locks on the A/C thermostats for the 76 & 78 degrees have been removed as we don't want to make people feel that we are being unfair with the settings. Even with those settings, the temps in the rooms can drop below that once the sun goes down, especially in the bedrooms, but we won't keep those temperatures locked in place going forward. It's always a trade-off here in these condos with having the A/C . . can get central A/C, so the next best thing are the mini-split systems, but what comes with that is the placement of the condenser out on lanai . . no where else to place it, so we have to make due with the set up. You are correct in thinking that the A/C needs to be shut off inside while using the lanai. Depending upon time of day, you can either keep doors closed up tight after turning A/C off and spending time on lanai, or, you can turn A/C off for lanai use and open all doors and some window and get the cross breeze going instead (and then if you want, turn A/C back on when coming in to hang out in the house) Hope to have you back sometime to gives us another try!! We decided it was worth it to have a little inconvenience with lanai use to put the A/C in throughout the condo. The answer to that was you do need to turn off A/C while using the lanai.
