Very comfortable with absolutely perfect location. We enjoyed everything about the unit and complex. Conveniently located making it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.
Property was as advertised! Great location, and wonderful house, furniture and appliances. The pool area was fantastic for swimming and sunset! I would definitely stay here again!
Stayed for over 10 days and we all loved the house and especially the views. House was nicely furnished and equipped along with a great location. The views with the waves right by the deck is great drinking wine location every evening watching sunsets. Covered parking and secured area along with the pool/spa was a bonus. THX!
Beautiful beach house. Well-equipped, comfortable. Some noise from the busy street, but the sound of the ocean made up for it! The location is good - a short trip into Kona Town, but far enough to make this a peaceful spot.
Wonderful property. Easy to get to magic sands beach. Close to town. The only thing to be aware of is possible road noise. We were in Hale 1 which is adjacent to Alii drive. Can be a bit noisy with general traffic and some night night racers! Not a fault of the property, just location. I would still highly recommend the property.
Everything about this place was amazing. I was unsure about the water in this area but it turned out that there is a small gated area with access into the ocean with the best snorkeling. We actually preferred the snorkeling here to any of the other areas we went to. The ocean view was magnificent as well from the house. House was in a great location to get to all the places as well. It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Loved the option to have AC. We traveled to two other islands this trip and neither place had AC. We would 100% come back to this house!!!
It was very clean and welcoming. Check in was easy. Plenty of 'staples' for a relaxing time. I would only suggest if you are sensitive to noise this might not be the place for you. The street noise with loud music goes on at all hours. We just turned a fan on and it was just fine, but for light sleepers this might be difficult. There were ants everywhere. Again, not a huge deal for us, but if that bothers you it might not be the place for you. This place was great though. Honestly one of my favorite stays. Would absolutely stay again. Oh and the grounds keeper Chris was amazing. He brought us fresh fruit.

Clean and nicely appointed home with all the basics that you’ll need for a comfortable vacation stay.
We enjoyed that the home is located a short distance from Kailua Kona shops, restaurants, and a couple of nice beaches, while also being a convenient base for traveling throughout the island.
There is currently some county construction on the bay and road right outside the unit during the weekdays that starts at 7:00 am and could be a bit loud, having the doors open or sitting on the lanai was something we had to wait do in the evenings when the crews were gone.
The concierge service offered with our stay was a great way to book fun excursions and get local advice on things to do and see and Property Management was quick and responsive with any question we had.
Overall:
5 star experience. The property was very nice, clean, with amazing views. The sunsets were priceless. The complex itself was quiet, with very low people traffic. After speaking to a couple other families, it sounded like only a handful of the units are rentals. The pool area was typically empty.
Communication:
The property management company was the best I've ever dealt with.
Location:
This is the only rating I gave less than 5 stars (4 stars). I'd call it a good location, not great. I found myself driving quite a bit. If you do a Luau or dinner reservations at one of the top resorts, you're 40 min away. You're also 1.5 hrs from Hilo, and 2 hrs from Volcanoes National Park. I guess it really depends on what activities you're looking to do.

We really loved this property. It is a beautiful location with a short walk to Magic Sands Beach. We were here in December, not aware that the beach actually disappears until March. We had one day of amazing sand and great waves. After that we sought out other beaches further north. The view from the property is amazing. The rental agency was very helpful and available and we could not ask for more from David@Konaconcierge.net. Highly recommend the snorkeling/dolphin tour as well as the zipline and ATV activities. We even attended a Luau at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott. It was fun and the food was good. If you are looking for a good beach, there is one in front of the Marriott. And although we did not make it to the Fairmont, I hear the beach there is great as well. Overall, great stay. The lower bedroom is not large but my 6'3" son survived it. I do wish the pool was heated but we didn't really need it. Lovely home. Lovely people. Very happy.
Beautiful, spacious, beachfront gem! A snorkelers dream!
We loved this property! The photos and description are very accurate - it's beautiful inside in very well appointed. As ocean lovers - our favorite thing was being steps away from amazing snorkeling. It was amazing to start each morning with a snorkel off our front steps and then rinse off with the outdoor hose. Our teenagers loved having separate rooms and being able to walk to magic sands beach multiple times during the day. The only downside is the road noise which is definitely a thing- but for us being on the ocean made this still an excellent stay.
We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was amazing with the best snorkeling and tide pools just outside the gate. The sunsets from the balcony could not be any better! We loved everything and hope to return for another trip soon.
We couldn’t have asked for more with this beautiful property right on the ocean! Close to Kona and all the amenities you could want plus wonderful sunsets. Would definitely come back here again!
