The home is located only a short distance away from famous Magic Sands Beach, as well as many gorgeous surf and snorkel locations. The first floor of the home opens to a spacious living room and kitchen area that offers plenty of room for groups and families to relax and enjoy the sights of sounds of the ocean. A full laundry room and a guest bedroom with a queen size bed complete the lower floor. An indoor fishpond accents the bottom of the staircase to the upstairs.
The second floor has three bedrooms, each one with gorgeous ocean views, as well as a lanai for relaxed outdoor seating. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower, as well as private access to the lanai.
