Overall stay was good. Would not recommend if you need more than two bed. The couch folds down but there were no extra sheets. Stove ran out of propane and took half a day to get more.

On checkin I noted to you that there was two queen beds and three males . You suggested you and your dad would share a bed . Never was there a mention of more sheets , that could have been supplied . Sorry about the LP gas running out on the main stove tank but you changed the
grill tank over to the main stove and told me you cooked breakfast . I still replaced the main tank within 2 hours , ask your dad he was at the house and check the main stove himself .
Glenn’s place made our entire trip!! The pictures don’t do it justice — there is so much to explore right out your front door. Miles of flats to walk during low tide. Gorgeous sand bars and crystal clear water, and we loved spotting all the marine life. The house itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The ACs worked incredibly well. This is a place (and a host) that you will feel good about spending your money at — totally recommend!
We have stayed here before, and it has continued to deserve all its 10-star reviews. We did our grocery shopping at Marsh Harbour before we checked in. This was supplemented by three trips to Pete’s Pub. Caught two bonefish. All-in-all had a great time.
This was our 5th stay at Captain's View for a couple of men chasing bonefish in the Bahamas. That should tell you alot right there. It's a very comfortable and functional house with good air conditioning. The view from the front porch is exceptional in my opinion. The Long Dock out front is a fantastic local attraction. Cherokee is a nice quiet little town with a couple of stores. Glenn, the owner, does a great job keeping the house in shape. The bathroom has been recently remodeled. It's a nice clean house on a nice lot and is beautifully decorated with a vary of local art pieces. Looking forward to my next trip there!
A very enjoyable property.Located right next to Long Dock in Cherokee, beautiful views, very clean, well-maintained, well-equipped. Modern appliances, comfortable beds, well-lit, with fans and AC.(Only minor draw-back, needs adequate clothesline). Owner nearby, friendly and helpful. Local grocery and gas station nearby. Very friendly, but still private, quiet neighborhood. Over all a very good choice.

It was a pleasure having you and your family . The boat rental trip was a full day of excitement and sightseeing specials . We saw turtles , stingrays , a small shark and ,not often found ,a family of Pelicans . I have a few great photos of them . I hope your GoPro captured the under water reef and its fish life . I hope to see you'll return again .
We spent 17 nights at this home. Very clean, well maintained, fully equipped, comfortable beds. It was the perfect size for our family of 3. The location was perfect. We spent many days in the water next to the long dock. There were plenty of kayaks available. The flats in front of the home were perfect for bonefishing. The people of Cherokee are very friendly. There was a grocery store within walking distance. Glenn was a gracious host. He was there any time we had a question. Check in and check out were easy. Excited to stay again.
Enjoyed the quiet location, this was a true get away. The beaches and gorgeous water cannot be beat. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Thanks for a great vacation!
Had a great time staying here! The boat ran great and we were able to explore several islands, catch fish/lobsters, and snorkel right near our house. The locals were friendly and gave great fishing advice. The house was plenty of room for our family of three and had a nice sized backyard. Planning to come again next year!
Smooth booking process and excellent property. Glenn has a fantastic home. We did a little bonefishing caught a few fish. Had some fun highly recommended.
Charming small 2 BR cabin, right at beach and long pier. Great for quiet and relaxing vacation. Large, well manicured yard. Kayaks and bicycles included. Very nice and well equipped kitchen. Glenn was friendly and accommodating.

Our second stay at Glenn’s place. The best spot in Cherokee. Right in front of the beach and long dock. This stay was just as perfect as the first.

I am glad that you'll enjoyed your activities together . Return as soon as you desire .
As VRBO hosts ourselves, we were very impressed with the beauty of the area and the house was very clean, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. You can't go wrong staying in here! Glenn was helpful recommending a bone fishing guide. It was a wonderful stay. Be sure to visit Elbow Cay for a fun day out!
We loved everything about this property. The house is perfect, well furnished and had plenty of amenities. This is a slice a paradise if you need time away from hustle and bustle of everyday life. We can’t wait to come back!

Thanks for staying. You and Hannah had plenty of fishing time . The challenge of bonefish over the shallow flats did produce special moments , as you spoke of your trophy hook ups . Hannah’s bonefish was the largest of your many bones . Next time you’ll catch that bones big brother .
Glenn's an amazing host! This beautiful property has a very well thought out design and it is extremely well maintained.
If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable and secluded location in Central Abaco, look no further!
