About the home Enter the property through the private garage with ample room to store your equipment. The private garage is also equipped with a Tesla Charger. The mud room on the ground floor has storage for jackets and other gear and a washing machine and dryer.
As you pass through the mud room, continue down the hallway on the ground floor, and you will find the media room and bar area. This room has a flat-screen TV, stereo, bar area (bar fridge, dishwasher, counter/prep space), and access to the private outdoor hot tub and gas fireplace; the perfect spot for entertaining all year round.
Up a flight of stairs is the main living area. This floor has a top-of-the-line kitchen with integrated stainless-steel appliances such as a gas wolf range, full-sized and freezer, microwave oven, espresso machine, and a dishwasher. To the left of the kitchen is the sunken living area with a stereo and flat-screen TV, a desk and comfortable chair for work or activity planning, and a patio with a BBQ. Enjoy the mountain views on this covered patio all year long! To the right of the kitchen is the dining table (seats 8 comfortably), powder room, and secondary entrance to the home.

Location Fitzsimmons Walk is a phenomenal location blending seclusion with easy access to many resort amenities of Whistler. You will feel right at home in this close-knit community comprising of 41 townhomes made up of local residents and five star accommodation adjacent to Fitzsimmons creek. The complex is located right across the road from Nester's liquor and grocery store and multiple restaurants are a 10 minute walk North of Whistler's marketplace, home to many of Whistler's best shops, bars and restaurants. Guests can enjoy secure, gated underground parking here! Buses connect this complex to the village centre in just under 4 minutes. During the Winter, you are easily connected to both Whistler & Blackcomb mountain from the Nancy Greene stop on your doorstep. Year round you can take a bus from the Nester's road stop which is only a 4 minute walk from the complex.

Very clean and well appointed condo within half mile of the village and close to bus stop. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all appliances, dishes and cutlery. Hot tub was great. Plently of room. Highly recommend. Please be aware that you need your own spices for cooking.

Great location, walkable distance to the Village. Clean, has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Comfortable beds, quiet location, good size parking in attached garage fit large SUV.
It was a perfect layout for adult kids and parents to be together and also to be able to have separate spaces and a quiet space was always available to read.The house was beautiful and comfortable. Indoor parking was a bonus. The location is excellent - we were able to walk everywhere.

Wonderful 4 bedroom house located near Nestors grocery store.
The house offered everything we needed.
We would go back without hesitation.
Great Property and came as advertised. Easy walk to the village and the Townhouse is very well appointed!
Would be nice to get check-in details online via text or email to avoid check-in at the offsite location in the Village but really not a deal breaker at all. We will be back for sure!
We loved this property, super well located, and in excellent condition. The layout was perfect for our family, my husband and myself, my son and his wife and our daughter. The bedroom layout is great Tammy space works well, we played family games at the dining room table. The walk to town was lovely, we did take the bus up one day for skiing, which worked well, we found one person intended not to ski each day, and that person could shuttle the others but if everybody scared every day, the bus still works great! All in all the distance to Whistler Village from the house, proved to be a relevant for us, and the trade-off of more space and luxury was well worth it!
