This condo is the BEST in the entire community! Remodeled in the Spring of 2021.

The moment you open the door, you will be thrilled with the level of furnishings & linens.

Decorated in Rustic Chic style, you can enjoy this open floor plan condo. From the comfy sofa and swivel chair while you watch your favorite TV show. Lot's of Space for those who work remotely with a desk. A slider off to the patio and pool area. You will have your own BBQ to fire up your favorite meal.

The kitchen offer a large stainless steel single basin sink, beautiful grey quartz countertops, white stonework backsplash. It is equipped with all you need for a quick stay to those who want to stay longer.

A walk-in pantry with your basic spices & oils. A full-size washer and dryer for your use.

The master bedroom offers a private slider to the back patio area and steps away from one of the two pools & spas offered here. There is a bistro set for you to enjoy the sunset.

The bathroom has dual sinks and a tub and a tiled shower. The home has lots of closet space.

The resort-style gated community of "Royal Palms" offers two swimming pools, hot tubs, and a fitness center. Designated Parking spot for you.

Very Nice!!!

My husband and I (seniors) stayed at this property for several nights in January 2022 and had an excellent stay. Both the owner (Bob) and the property manager (Monique) were excellent to deal with throughout the whole process, and everything looks just like the pictures depict. Although we never used the pool, it's just a few steps from the patio (which is a pleasant place to sit also). We would definitely return to this condo for a future visit. Thanks!!

Amazing experience in Indian Wells!

We chose this property specifically because of the location in reference to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden and the finish line for Ironman 70.3 Indian Wells. Incredibly easy access to the property in retail to the Tennis Garden, interstate, food and grocery stores. Without a doubt, we will stay here again when we come back to the area. Thank you very much for hosting us!
