Studio casita located in a quiet gated community in North Indio, CA. The community is conveniently located just off of the I-10 freeway and a straight drive to the Empire Polo Club, where Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals are held.
The casita has been recently renovated and has a newly installed mini split for optimal, quiet temperature control and comfort. Fully equipped with small appliances, kitchenware and dining ware to make easy meals.
Backyard has a pool with water feature fountains and waterfall and a large spa to relax in, patio furniture, built-in firepit and BBQ grill.
