Cozy Cabana is located at the completely remodeled Laguna Reef Condominiums is the perfect place to spend some quality time away from home. Whether you're fishing off the new 1000 ft lighted fishing pier or soaking up the sun and relaxing by the pool you are certain to enjoy your stay here! This ground floor room has two queen size beds and will sleep four people and is dog friendly with a two dog maximum. Sunrise Room also offers free internet and cable television. Along with a mini fridge/freezer and a coffee maker. Enjoy the relaxing coastal colors throughout the room and the spacious bathroom with a tub/shower combo as well. The Sunrise Room has a spectacular view of the water and is just a few steps from the hot tub and swimming pool. Amenities at the Laguna Reef facility include a swimming pool, hot tub, 1000 ft. fishing pier with fishing lights, several shared charcoal grills, beautiful grounds on the water, and a large parking lot with plenty of space. Laguna Reef is located near the Rockport Heritage District and Rockport Beach. Rockport is a charming coastal town with plenty of fun things to do including amazing restaurants and many local shops downtown. Rockport Art Center, Maritime Museum, Boat Cruise to San Jose island, and Kayaking are just a few of the activities you can enjoy during your stay. You are sure to have an unforgettable stay at Cozy Cabana!

Property was just as shown. Very clean and bed was very comfortable. You might want to take a shower mat because tub can be slippery when showering. I would definitely stay here again.

Summer Get Away

We had an amazing time. Had a little trouble with the door code but other than that the property and room were perfect. The pool was so close, the fishing pier was fantastic, and the views and quiet area were just what we hoped for. We even saw a dolphin swimming off the pier. We will definitely be back.

Family mini Spring break 2025

This is our second time back to this property. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Perfect for the kids. They love the pool and enjoyed the light pier for fishing. My son also left his game charger, but the manager was very helpful to ensure this was mailed back to us. We look forward to visiting soon!

Had a great stay

I used to stay at Laguna Reef in the 80's and 90's growing up. The property has been well maintained and it was a great quite place to stay for a few days with my wife and our puppy. The surrounding area is a quite neighborhood and just a short walk or drive to Downtown Rockport. There's a new bar downtown called the Whiskey Palm that was so fun.

Good and Bad

Pros: staff friendly and easy to communicate with. Room adequate for one person. Bedding very clean. No bugs. Views of bay gorgeous.Cons: Floors very dirty. Hot and cold water reversed in bathroom. Pipes under sink very black with dirt. Beds very incomfortable. New mattresses needed. Heating unit blew out black chunks and no broom to sweep, heater insufficient for cold snap and no blankets provided in room. Staff aware of cold temps because patrons were asked to leave fsucets in room dripping. I bdo not recommend Laguna Reef/Miss Kitty's Facility old and run dien bathroom.
