Relax on the beautiful Atchafalaya River. Enjoy the large outdoor space while cooking in the outdoor kitchen looking into the heart of the mystic river while humming birds zoom by, sit by the oversized firepit. Upstairs you will find a home that just wraps its arms around you to welcome you to the serene setting. Whether a big group or solo. Bring your boat, the boat launch is only a 1/2 mile from house and we have a floating dock to tie up to. LAISSEZ LE BON TEMPS ROULER as we say in cajun land

All three bedrooms are spacious with walk in closets, kitchen is ready for cooking for your family, living area is spacious with fireplace, 2 full baths upstairs in main house, this property is located in a private community, no LOUD parties allowed, this house is on well water, bottled and gallons supplied for drinking and cooking

Will have access to all of house and yard and under area of house with outdoor kitchen and extra bathroom, small additional building is able to be rented with main house if needed

The barn has also been converted to an open floor plan living quarters, can be added to rental separately.

Nephew’s graduation family get together.

It was a memorable weekend with my family. It was our nephew’s college graduation. Made a lot of memories in your property. The place was so peaceful and the view was amazing. A couple wof things I’d like to mention. The microwave oven was not properly secured. Every time we want to wopen it we have to lift the front of the microwave so the door can open. Another thing, most of the towels have stains. It was clean but the stain is really bad. Overall, the amenities were excellent.

Atchafalaya Basin Fishing Trip

The house was amazing and worked out perfectly for my son and I, as it is very close to the Atchafalaya Basin Bridge boat launch. There is also a launch very close to access the Atchafalaya River and keep your boat at the dock on the property. All of the amenities were top notch and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the area.
