Convenient to everything in Pensacola!

This was a great stay! The property is super clean. It’s convenient to shopping, beach, restaurants, and downtown. I had a couple questions for the owner and the response was immediate. The house is very comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of utensils for whatever you prepare. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Lisette and Viktor.

A 3 week winter break

Nicely decorated, comfortable home immaculately clean. Very nice appliances. Communication with host was excellent. There's coffee and creamer, oil, vinegar and some spices provided. Backyard totally fenced with tall privacy. Spot lights for night. Charcoal grill. Firepit. Patio table and 6 chairs. The home is protected with an ADT alarm system with a 4 digit code you key in when you exit, and use to disarm upon entering again. (The code is only given to you one hour prior to check-in which I've never had happen before) It's a short 20 minute drive to Pensacola Beach/Ft. Pickens Rd. There's a small designated dog beach if you have a pet. NOTE: if you plan on beach excursions, there are no beach towels or toys or beach chairs etc provided at the home. Also no extra blankets or throws. Usually when I've stayed in VRBO properties, there's a folder of some sort with info or suggestions on places to visit, restaurants, etc but there was none here. The neighborhood is not conducive to walking so I will suggest a nearby park called Bayview Park which is huge and has asphalt walking paths, tennis courts, playground, picnic tables, fenced dog park, senior center (with restrooms) and a small fenced dog beach. Nearby restaurant called Jitterbug Beverage Co which had awesome breakfast menu. Also visited Uncle Sandy's Macaw Bird Park which was fun. Mr. C's Homemade Ice Cream. Navarre Beach Turtle Rescue. Gulf Breeze Zoo. You can climb 177 steps to the top of the Pensacola Lighthouse.

We loved our stay! The house was very clean and as nice as the pictures. The host was so helpful and kind. We will definitely stay at this house again as we makes trips to Pensacola.
