Enjoy all the fun downtown Pensacola has to offer from this newly updated boho loft apartment with private back porch. This loft apartment is located on the second floor of the duplex. This loft has everything you need for your stay including beach chairs and accessories, roku smart tvs, and a full kitchen.

This apartment is 1 mile from the heart of downtown and 10 miles from Pensacola Beach. If you want to enjoy Perdido and Johnson's Beaches during your stay, they are 20 miles away.

This is a two bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with a private kitchen and living room along with its own balcony patio area.

Smart TVs are provided. Guests must log into their own streaming services for viewing. TVs are set up in guest mode which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.

This is the upstairs duplex apartment. Climbing stairs is required to access.

Quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the heart of downtown. Enjoy a beer and trivia night at Emerald Republic Brewing within walking distance, or a ballgame at Maritime Park. Shops, cafes and restaurants and just a short distance away.

To enjoy all Pensacola has to offer, access to a car would be optimal.

Comfy and cozy place

A perfect place to stay with four friends. The outside porch with the hammocks had to be our favorite part. Beds were comfortable and so was the couch, with extra blankets if we got cold. The kitchen had everything we needed and home was very “aesthetic.” I would say it’s not the nicest area of town but we had no one bother us nor felt unsafe to be 4 girls staying there. Overall would definitely stay here again and would recommend!

Pleasant stay

In the words of my daughter, the place was "super cute"! Pensacola was very nice. Only issues was a bit of a tight parking situation one night and A/C thermostat wasn't responding properly. (Owner did say it was a brand new unit/thermostat) It is possible I didn't know how to use it. Overall, the space was very nice and well suited for our trip.

Clap Clap - Wonderful Space!

This little place was perfect for us. Clean, centrally located, tucked away, quiet. I would def recommend it and will consider staying again when I come through town again!
