Perfect

Great location for food and baseball. We also walked around downtown from here. It was clean, well laid out, and stocked. Easy check in and check out. The owners are very nice and responsive. Will definitely go back

Watched College Baseball At Wahoo Stadium

This property was within walking distance of the baseball stadium and Joe Patti’s Fish Market. We had been to Pensacola one time before and never left the beach. This was a great chance to see the adorable downtown area. Saturday morning Art and Farmer’s market was amazing! The house was immaculate, and just as pictured. The only very small negative would be the amount of traffic’s noise on the front bedroom if you are a light sleeper. But we solved that by trading rooms. Great stay!! Would go again. Loved our visit to the Air Force museum!

Originally from Colorado, we LOVE to travel and decided to sell everything and buy an RV and tour the country. We weren't looking for anything in particular, just a new adventure. So we pulled up our roots and headed out to explore and possibly find a new home base.

The trip took about 2 years and was filled with many fun adventures! When we stayed near Pensacola we fell in love with the area! The restaurants are amazing, the people are kind, the community supports local businesses and artists and there is always a festival or event to go to! Then we saw the beach and we knew we had found our piece of paradise!

Now that we have STRs we have discovered that we truly enjoy creating experiences for guests here in Pensacola that are unforgettable.

This area is walk-able to all the great things Pensacola has to offer. It's right downtown and has views of the bay! You can see the post game fireworks, hear concerts and relax on the balcony. There is a new park and beach area about to open across the street with beach chairs and a kayak launch area too!
It's right across the street from Joe Pattie's fresh seafood market, so you can grab the fresh catch of the day and cook it up in your kitchen.

What makes this property unique

It is brand new and has nautical accents throughout. Each room has it's own full bathroom and the kitchen is large enough for everyone to hang out. The balcony has views of the bay and of downtown.
