Modern, poolside Ogunquit 1br/1ba, just a 10 minute stroll into town.

1 Bedroom, first floor unit with Queen bed & 1 full bathroom. Modern, clean and well maintained with a comfortable sofa, accent chair, a 4-stool breakfast bar and 4-seat dinette set. Fully equipped kitchen, including fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffeemaker and all-in-one washer & dryer right in the unit. Free WiFi access along with 2 Smart Roku televisions including cable TV. Unit outfitted with heat and 2 A/C units. 1 parking spot included during the rental period. Short 10 minute walk to downtown Ogunquit Village restaurants, shops and ~15 minute walk to either Main or Footbridge Beaches (2 beach chairs & 1 umbrella are provided for use). Common area includes an outdoor pool during the warmer months (typically open Memorial Day weekend through mid-September) with poolside patio tables/chairs & chaise lounges available for use.

This unit is at the very end of the walkway making it more private, with little to no passers-by walking by the front door. Unit can accommodate 2 Adults comfortably. Reasonably quiet guests appreciated. No parties please. No pets, no smoking in the unit (smoking is permitted in a designated area in the parking lot).

We had an excellent stay! The property was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great trip. The location was perfect—close to both Ogunquit and Wells, which made it easy to explore the area. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the flexibility with early check-in, which made our arrival so much easier. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

Condo was very clean. Perfect location to Ogunquit downtown. Eric (host) was exceptionally good and rapid with responses to our questions. The Pool was comfortable and at the the time we stayed not lots of children which makes low key. We highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed. Our stay was without issue or stress

It's a great location, with easy walks to the charming town and beaches; Convenient, yet not right in the middle of a busy area. The condo was very clean and nicely appointed. There was plenty of parking, and we definitely appreciated having a first floor unit with no stairs required for luggage. The quiet and relaxing pool was a trivial walk from the unit to the courtyard (and its fence provides a great landmark for finding the driveway). The location and condo had everything we needed and more. Beyond the detailed check-in messages and the comprehensive 'guide' book in the unit, additional communication with owner, both before and during the visit, was also excellent. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Eric, the host was such a pleasure to deal with. In my opinion, he is a super host and went above and beyond with the little touches. He shares his recommendations, he is timely with his responses and his communication is great. He was an absolute delight and because of him our trip was even better.The apartment looks identical to the pictures and has everything you can think of. Eric thought of everything.The pool was freezing and some of the loungers at the pool were broken which is outside of Eric‘s control. I have nothing negative to say, I highly recommend this host and his unit.

Great Stay in Ogunquit

We had an amazing stay at Eric’s condo. He really thought of everything from kitchen supplies, linens, local info and instructions. The condo was in a great location and stores, restaurants and beaches were all within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again!

Very clean, great location

This place was everything we could have asked for! Short walk into town, even shorter walk to a few breakfast stops. Rental was very clean…probably the cleanest I’ve ever rented! Plenty of towels, kitchen had everything you needed, bed was comfy.

August vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Maine! The property has everything we needed and the proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shops was perfect. Even though it rained, we made a point to get to the beach😊. The owner was extremely helpful and his food recommendations were on point! Can’t wait to go back!!!
