Private entrance 1st floor condo in a prime location at The Lookout! New 12x14 ocean view deck for relaxing and dining. Superb walk score to everything. 1/10th of a mile to Little Beach and Marginal Way. Many restaurants and shops on Shore Road and Perkins Cove are a pleasant stroll away. Trolley stop is at the bottom of Israel Head Road which will take you to the beautiful Main Beach Oqunquit.
This spacious one bedroom has two full baths and sleeps 4. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. Hardwood floors throughout the condo, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Linens provided and access by Smart Code.

Spent our second annual week at this lovely place! It is perfect! Immaculate, stocked with everything we could possibly need, and what a location! From this lovely home, you can walk down to the Marginal Way and take that path to Perkins Cove or downtown Ogunquit, or to the beach! Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Great Stay

This was our return visit to this comfortable and modern rental in beautiful Ogunquit. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the sunrise. It is also located in a great spot for walks along Marginal Way to Main St. and Perkin's Cove. Being a bit cooler in September makes for less crowded beaches to enjoy and comfortable walking to nearby shops and restaurants. This property is a great place to stay!

My wife and I both grew up and live in MA. Our favorite spot is Ogunquit - Main Beach. The drive is less than hour to Ogt.

We've been coming to OGT since we were kids with our family and always wanted a place that we could walk to everything while on vacation. Marginal Way is the best walking spot on the Maine southern coast. Main Beach in OGT is the #1 spot - great for walking, running, surfing, swimming or just relaxing on the beach. The OGT river is perfect for your kayak or paddle board.

Location, Location, Location! 1st floor convenience with private water view deck. Enjoy all the amenities - pool, tennis, grilles and parking. Just park your car for the week and walk to all the restaurants, bars, beaches, coffee shops and of course Perkins Cove.
