Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home in an area that is undergoing a transformation. The home itself was very comfortable and well appointed. It is in easy walking distance to Magnolia Silos and other restaurants. Communication with the home owner was fantastic. I highly recommend this home and I would stay here again.

Girls trip

The house was wonderful! It’s so close to walk to the silos and even downtown. The beds were cozy we even at dinner one night at the house. The courtyard is cute and nice to eat outside at. Just a wonderful atmosphere. Will definitely be back! The bathrooms were so nice too.

This was a beautiful little home that was so cute and updated - a perfect getaway for the girls! It was very well stocked with amenities and snacks and extra blankets and pillows and towels. There was nothing extra I could have imagined needing. Such an easy walk to all the Silos and we really enjoyed their Milo restaurant recommendation- rain and all!

Lovely designer home with all the bells and whistles you’d want and deserve on a stay away from home and so close to Magnolia. Customer service and communication before, during and after on messaging was excellent! Magnolia market is a block away! Highly recommend this beauty! You’ll be highly satisfied!

Very comfortable and modern home

We gathered together to celebrate our oldest graduation from Baylor at this home. It had room for our family and it was cozy and inviting. I wish the weather would have cooperated so that we could have enjoyed the beautiful backyard. Beds are comfortable and the home was clean when we arrived. Accessing the house was really easy and not a problem. We are truly looking forward to another visit soon.

Amazing Location and Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay in Waco at this property. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. It is within walking distance to Magnolia Home and many restaurants and shops. It was just what we were looking for. Communication was excellent. Just a few suggestions: A luggage rack would've come in handy in the bedrooms instead of putting our luggage on the floor. Also, the concerts next door were fun to listen to but went on very late and was very difficult to sleep with the music.

Short stay in Waco

One of the best vrbo properties I've stayed in. Great styling, fully equipped kitchen, lot of amenities, oversized shower, great host. Kids had a blast spending time outdoor for a movie night using the projector. The only downside to me is the noise from the concert nearby that didnt stop until midnight. There are earplug and white noise machine provided but to no avail. In the end we still love this place and rank top among our stays. Unfortunately we only got to spend one night as a stop point from our drive to Dallas and wish we could spend more time there. Certainly will be back again in the future.

Amazing property

100% as advertised. Gorgeous home that gave my wife and I tons of ideas. Distance to Magnolia was perfect. Host was perfect. I had no contact with them verbally. Had everything set up so we didn’t have to speak. Amenities were well done. My only issue was essentially Magnolia is on the edge of blithe. Although the area is improving quickly we did witness a little downtrodden individuals. Not a reflection of this property or its owners. Waco is in the middle of a renaissance and is doing well to push out the bad and rebuild. Had a wonderful trip with my wife. Highly recommend this place of visiting Magnolia.
