This place is in the heart of Cartagena,walking distance from all main attractions. The owner is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

Martha, siempre he dejado el doble de toallas e incluso más según el número de días de los huéspedes. Pretender un cambio de toallas instantáneo, porque las que usaste las dejaste inservibles con sangre lleva un tiempo más si avisas a la noche y cuando las llevamos, no te encuentras. Los espacios en su mayoría no son hoteles por algo son algo más económicos pero no por eso desatendemos sus necesidades. Las baterías son nuevas y aún así las cambiamos nuevamente por tu solicitud y los controles siempre funcionaron, pero bueno a veces a la gente le cuesta la tecnología. También debes comentar que la app bloqueó varios chats que me hiciste. Por ello si bien aceptó tus sugerencias, lo que no acepto es la discriminación hacia mi y mi personal que trabaja para que su estadía y la de los demás huéspedes sea lo mejor posible

Right in the middle of Old Town Cartagena -- Fantastic!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! I loved this place because it was in the best location possible. You walk out and all the bars and restaurants are right in front of you. Old Town Cartagena is a majestic, lively place so this is where you want to stay! Amazing.

I would rate it a 5 but I'm not use to taking cold showers. So it doesn't have hot water. Everything else was great, host, location, front door man all 5 stars. its just when it came time to take a shower. Not sure how the water was so cold concerning how hot it is there

Juan canceled my reservation at the last minute and wanted me to change my plans before refunding me my stay. Still have not received the refund.

Uncomfortable place to stay

The furniture is broken in there the couch and it has been for about a year or more it's unusable you can't pull it out because all the Wi-Fi stuff is on it if you sit on it your butt goes to the ground you cannot sleep on it definitely maintenance needs to be done in the apartment the table is so shaky almost fell that I had to tighten up the legs myself the washing machine hose was so old that it broken from use but now I'm being charged for it yes my girlfriend dropped a soap dispenser and it cracked there is nothing wrong with the coffee pot it was like that and has been being used since but he charged me 45 for a hose and a soap dispenser I rented this place for months at a time over the last few years the owner is just trying to get extra money out of me instead of doing repair and maintenance on his property
