As transplants from Ohio and New York, we have found love for this special piece of paradise in Florida and for each other. Over the years, we've poured that love into this home. We love this part of Bradenton so close to Anna Maria Island and Robinson Preserve is what drew us to this exact area. Biking, Kayaking, walking miles, (Kayak Jacks rents kayaks and SUP's at the put in by the parking lot). So many lovely birds and the tower has a breathtaking view of the sunshine skyway bridge, Anna Maria island and beyond. Desoto memorial is just one mile away and also has a nice 1 mile loop to enjoy the water views, and some small beach areas to get away by yourselves for an hour or afternoon. Stop in the visitor center there and ask about the weekly guided kayak tours (free). The next best thing is how quiet our neighborhood is and how convenient to shopping. You can get to Publix, and other shops in that strip in a few minutes, no traffic to deal with!

We love all the windows and brightness of this home and the high vaulted ceilings. The paint color we chose is 'Soar' which is how uplifted we feel here. All the tropical plants surrounding the east/south/west makes it completely private in the main living areas, so we never have to use drapes (aside from the bedrooms). Even in the master shower, no one can see you, so we can enjoy the beauty of the flowers and palms. (we do have blinds if you choose to use them). There are so many varieties of palms, agaves, succulents and bromeliads to make it feel lush and tropical. We installed an expansive volume cage over the large heated saltwater pool and patio so you don't need to worry about mosquitos and you won't need to use sunscreen (please no sunscreen in the pool).
