Conveniently located within walking/bicycling distance to shops and restaurants, this newly constructed 4BR/4BA luxury home features 3 Master bedrooms each with King bed and private bathroom and sleeps up to 12 total guests.

The open living area is comfortably furnished with down-filled loveseat and sofa with Queen sleeper option, a large flatscreen TV with streaming channels, tray ceilings and Gulf views. The living room opens to a large, covered and furnished deck overlooking the private swimming pool, the perfect space to enjoy the sparking Gulf views while you relax in the shade. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a family meal, all new stainless-steel appliances, single and 12 cup drip coffee maker and bar seating for 4. The nearby dining table seats up to 6.

The first of two Gulf-facing Master bedrooms, The West Master with King bed and TV has a large private bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub and glass shower stall. The East Gulf-facing Master bedroom has a King bed, TV and private bathroom with shower/tub combination.

The third King Master bedroom has a TV and private bathroom with shower/tub combination and the fourth bedroom offers a double bunk bed (double on top/double on bottom), TV and has access to a hall bathroom with shower/tub combination.

Outdoor amenities include a private swimming pool with plenty of lounge space, a fire pit, fish cleaning sink, park-style charcoal grill and picnic table. Outdoor games include Jumbo 4-to-Score game board, cornhole and ladder toss. Bonus features include an enclosed outdoor storage room and a shaded outdoor lounge/hang-out area with large, flat screen TV. Enjoy plenty of shade in the under-house concrete parking pad with additional space in the driveway for your boat or trailer.

Located at the corner of 3rd Street and West Gulf Beach Drive, a quick 2-3 minute walk will take you to the beach via a sandy beach path located at the end of 3rd Street. The bike path can be found across the street from the home and is an easy way to reach and explore the center of the Island or to enjoy a long bicycle ride toward the State Park. Make sure to stop in at the St. George Light and Lighthouse Housekeeper’s Museum, a 1-minute bicycle ride from the property.

Absolute BEST!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we have stayed in many houses at St. George and this was hands-down the best house that we have stayed at. It was the perfect size for our family. The pool was the perfect size for our kids and adults. The location was perfect. It was close enough to the Restaurants and beach. The house was super clean and was well stocked with cooking utensils. The rental agency was awesome too. They responded quickly and answered any questions we had. We absolutely loved it and we will definitely be renting it again.

Great stay on a great island

Perfect house, perfect location, perfect vacation

The house was absolutely perfect. Very clean, plenty of bathrooms (for 3 teenage girls and 2 adult couples), kitchen had all the appliances you could need, high quality pots/pans/knives etc. Layout of the house is great- enough privacy when needed, but able to all hangout in the common areas. St George Island was amazing. Calm enough to let the kids roam around with a little freedom, busy enough to have spring break vibes with restaurants, shops, things to do. The grocery store is well stocked with everything you need. The house itself has ocean views, a quick 2 min walk straight ahead to the beach. Outdoor are was great- able to grill out, play in the pool, lay out in the sun, hang around the propane fire pit and watch March Madness tournament under the covered area. Beach gear rental was great so we didn’t have to pack coolers, chairs, etc. We all had an amazing time. Honestly- wouldn’t change a single thing. We all want to book again for next year :)
