Quiet, small apartment near downtown

We used this apartment for a quick place to rest our heads in between family visits in the city. Very clean.

Such a good stay!

I was very pleased with my short stay! It’s quiet and safe here. I am single and travelled alone. The facility is very well maintained. Cleanliness is great! Overall, I will revisit this location and stay again! There’s a small courtyard with a pool! I love it!! The property manager communicated well and maintained professionalism. Made special arrangements!

Convenient location to downtown

We were staying in Dallas for 1 night to visit the Dallas Arboretum. Thank you so much for the 3 free tickets that came with the VRBO. We also visited Klyde Warren Park and were only 8 minutes from the park. This was great since we had three children under 6 years old with us. The apartment was nice and clean except for some mildew in the grout in the shower. We appreciated our stay and convenience of everything. Communication was easy with the owner.

Great Apartment in Dallas

This place was so nice and it worked beautifully for our family of 6. The owner really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The pool was a nice perk for the kids… and it was very clean. Overall, we’d happily recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
