About this property

Casa de Cactus w/ private pool and hot tub

Bring the whole family and friends to this desert paradise! The backyard boasts a sparkling pool, jacuzzi, and patio/grill area equipped with a poolside basketball hoop, pool toys, and outdoor furniture for all to enjoy.

The spacious interior has been meticulously updated and decorated to provide the utmost comfort. A fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms will have everything you'll need to feel right at home.

The living area includes a large sectional with 65" smart tv, dining room table and bar fit to entertain and relax.

The home is a 3 bedroom plus office with sofa pullout bed and 2 full baths.

The master bedroom has a king bed with en suite full bathroom, with a pack and play in the closet if needed. There is also a dresser and smart tv.

Guest bedroom 1 has a queen bed with closet and desk/makeup station with mirror.

Guest bedroom 2 has two full beds with a closet and smart tv.

Guest bedroom 3 is an office/den with a couch that converts into a full bed. There is no door or closet. The office offers a dedicated work space that includes high-speed internet, two monitors, keyboard/mouse, and docking station. Just bring your laptop! (Remote work station is upon request but is absolutely free)

The home is ~40 miles from Phx Sky Harbor Airport and ~10 miles from the Mesa Airport.
Other things to note:

The garage and one of the master closets are locked for the owners only.

The spa has jets and can be heated free of charge. The pool can also be heated for a cost of $39 per day. When heated the pool is roughly 78 - 81 degrees

There is a security camera in front and in back of the exterior of the home for guest safety. No cameras inside the home.

Horse Show

A few of us came together to stay close to the show grounds instead of staying on property with multiple RVs and boy we could not have picked a better place! The kids loved the pool and we loved coming back and bbq by the pool relaxing after a stressful day! Everything is well maintained and so clean! Looking forward to our next stay!

Wonderful getaway!

Adults and teens alike had a wonderful stay. The property is clean and well kept. The house was spacious and well equipped. The patio was perfect for sipping coffee as the sun came up and the pool/hot tub were amazing on those cool evenings. The home is close to everything and was exactly what we needed for our getaway!

House was just as pictured and spotlessly clean. The host thought of everything (decor, instructions, basic supplies, etc.) that would make a rental home feel welcoming and warm. This property was a great place to stay and enjoy our grandchildren. Safe and well appointed. Clean and comfortable beds. The smell of the bath and body products were amazing. Just what we needed for our trip Forrest was amazing making sure he let us know when the house was ready and it was clean and well maintained. He notified us when he needed to do maintenance on the pool and spa. Gave us clear instructions on how to use it. Pool and equipment looks well maintained. House well stocked with cleaning stuff. Forrest was quick to communicate and very friendly. Definitely want to stay there again on our next arizona trip.

Beautiful House

House was clean as was pool/spa/bbq! Spa was amazing and we paid for heated pool which was 100% worth it and was perfect temp for March. Pictures were accurate. House was minutes from grocery, pharmacy, Walmart as well as many food options. Nearby golf options and parks for kiddos as well as Schnepf farms. If you have a baby they had pack n play, high chair, and baby floaty. Had life vests for toddlers and the pool gate gave us a peace of mind. Communication and service from property manager Forrest was above and beyond!! Stress free stay and wonderful family trip.

Mother Daughters Get Away

My three sisters and I stayed at this home to celebrate my mother’s 84th birthday. Forrest was great to work with and checked the first day to see if we needed anything. Housekeeping forgot to fill shampoos, lotions etc in the bathrooms and some lightbulbs needed replacing etc. He came over and brought all needed supplies and changed the lightbulbs and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. It isn’t as close to restaurants as some houses but it was a quiet neighborhood and perfect for our group. Very clean and well maintained pool and hot tub!
