Condo was nice, however stove top didn’t work and the oven needed to be cleaned. Parking in the paid lot is a joke. There were homeless people loitering around outside. I’m glad I wasn’t traveling alone. Every night we had to go downstairs to the parking lot to extend for another 24 hours. We tried on our phones but it wouldn’t let us.

It was within great distance to the gwcc. The view was lovely. Only thing is we had some issues with the stove and oven. Loved how there was a concierge desk and the building was very secured

Visit to Aquarium

The condo was in a perfect location to all Atlanta attractions. The condo was clean and comfortable. The shower was very hot with great water pressure. The bedroom had a very comfortable mattress and pillows. Would definitely stay here again.

Good Stay

We had a very nice long weekend here. The condo is nice and clean and a short walk to the aquarium which was our main purpose for staying here. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would stay again.

Condo was just as pictured. Clean & all the necessary amenities. The location as far as proximity to things to do in Atlanta was excellent. Outside the condo there is a lot of homelessness near the front entrance , we simply used the side door to avoid them . I would definitely stay here again

Great stay

This place was just as the pictures showed. Everything was clean. The only thing I would say is maybe change out the decorative pillows they do have stains that made me a little uncomfortable but other than that I enjoyed my stay. Just know you will have to pay for parking each day you are there, in total I spent 100 for parking for 3 nights but it is in the city so technically that’s normal. I would definitely book again the balcony was my favorite part.

Really enjoyed my stay, and it had a great view. It was centrally located for easy access to anywhere I needed to go. The host was really friendly and communicated with ease. Although I stayed alone, it would be perfect for more people. I would definitely book again. Thanks for making my birthday stay great!

We came for the Atlanta Mart. The apartment was super close to the mart so that was really nice. But everything else was just not great! The carpets were horribly stained. The unit was dirty overall. The bedding was less than adequate- actually it felt a lot like a college dorm quality. The stove was blinking error. But we did eat out for dinner so that wasn’t a problem for us. It needed an overall update. But the worst part was the rugs. Felt like I couldn’t take my shoes off.

Condo was very nice. Property was clean and exactly as advertised. We did have concerns about the neighborhood but this is completely out of the property manager/owner’s control. Highly recommend being back to the property before 9:00 pm to use the side entrance. Property manager/owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for opening your place to us!

Great location if your going to Mercedez stadium

Overall our stay was good. Was nice to have a desk to work from as I did need to work remote. Everything looked exactly as pictured. Minor feedback is the instructions said there were k-cups but none were provided and there was only half a roll of toilet paper, unfortunately didn’t realize until I needed it the first morning.

This rental was so dirty. The mattress was stained and disgusting. I was unable to stay the night. The host or VRBO gave no compensation and I was only there for one hour! I was traveling from NY so I had to find a hotel to stay. The neighborhood is very sketchy.

Good for our purposes

This was a great place to stay for my daughter working a show at the Mart. Walking to work in the morning was easy and convenient. For the two of us, the size was ideal. We are familiar enough with Atlanta to be aware of the traffic outside as far as the homeless people outside the building and the noise from the street - those things are just part of being in downtown Atlanta. The stove didn’t work during our stay, but the owner did have a repairman come in, so he is addressed the problem and I wouldn’t expect it to continue. The building does smell like pot, but again - that’s part of being in downtown Atlanta and something the host has no control over. We would absolutely come back if she books another show.

Long Weekend Get Away

The condo was great, we were very close to Coca Cola and the Georgia Aquarium - We loved the screened in balcony. A bit unnerved by the homeless people that come up to you as soon as you walk out of the building. All three days we were there was one homeless man who walked around yelling at the top of his lungs "you want a piece of this" swinging a big stick at people - he went after the poor technician who was working on electrical or phone lines on the sidewalk. I was super glad we were on the 6th floor balcony and not on the street. Amazing time at Ray's Steakhouse which is in walking distance as well. Over all a good trip but I don't think we will be returning any time soon.

There were numerous issues with the property on day one, from unsafe parking area, loud noises and screams through the night, poorly functioning AC units, and multiple other issues. We sent an email and text on Sunday and received no response from anyone til Tuesday, the day before we were leaving. We ended up leaving a day early with the poor conditions and communication. Save yourself some headache and stick with hotels in this area.

Tidy not white glove

Bedding was clean and comfortable. Tidy but needs deep clean. Needs some upkeep done. Broken door knobs resulting in getting locked out on deck and bedroom one iffy. . Rig rolling up on corners causing a trip hazard. Ice maker not great. Finger prints on walls and light switches. Very dirty under pull out sofa. Top of Pull out sofa doesn't stay up. Only 2 towels and 1 tolle of toilet paper. Listing looked like it said there was a spa/whirlpool. This is not true. Great location. Great price. Felt safe.
