Was was nice and spacious, in a nice neighborhood. We weren't able to get in until 2 hrs after the check-in time due to a delay on their cleaners part. Once we did get it though it was good. Only thing to note, is the heat did not work well in the back two bedrooms. Host was great and responsive.
My colleague and I were in San Jose for a work trip and this space was absolutely perfect for us! We look forward to using it again as we travel to the South Bay regularly. It is an incredibly constable and well-appointed space in a very cute and safe neighborhood.
Our stay was very disappointing. The heater did not work at all during the four days we were there, which made the space extremely uncomfortable. The shower heads were in poor condition, and the mismatched window blinds gave the place an unkempt appearance. The listing photos are very misleading and do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property. Additionally, the door lock was taped up for some reason, which raised concerns about safety and maintenance. Overall, the property felt disorganized and poorly maintained, and it was not a pleasant experience.
My family stayed there for a short visit and we loved it. This place is great for toddlers. My toddlers never sleeps in hotels but slept like a baby. House is clean and looks small but is actually really big. We really enjoyed our visit!
Overall stay was nice; location was great and nice open concept proposer for family stay . I would have expected a little better kitchen accessories - dishwasher and stove; at least should have a mixer grinder as we could not make any shakes.
Rooms were very spacious and comfortable beds.
The house looks small from the outside perspective but once you entered it is huge! It has a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom, has a kitchen a living room, dining room, kitchen, dishwasher, laundry washer and dryer. The house is clean and a very quiet neighbourhood, and very close to the airport and so convenient! I will definitely rent this place when i come to visit San Jose!
I rented this property for 10 days. It’s a nice house, beds were comfy. But I couldn’t for the life of me find a broom in the house anywhere. And the screen on the front door was ripped. And the closet door in one of the spare rooms was completely off the track. But overall, it was a pleasant stay.
There are many unsatisfied about this house:
1- Cockroach infestation
2- Closet doors in washroom are broken. Kitchen draw handle is broken
3- Air are not able to circulate to the front and the back bedrooms. Only the middle rooms are OK.
4- The place seems smaller than on the picture.

San Jose home
The property was rundown. The furniture in the living room was different than in the picture posted. There were 3 out of the 8 chairs that were broken. We needed to buy toilet paper because there was only 1 full roll, and a partial roll provided. Soaps were watered down. The trash can outside was overflowing and reeked like it had been sitting there for a month or more, so we were unable to empty inside trash cans. But we did roll the cans down to the curb for disposal. There were missing handles on cupboards, and only 4 glasses and a motley collection of dishes. Overall, we were very disappointed.

Cute neighborhood but needs work
Cute neighborhood but needs a ton of work. Lots of broken items. No wine glasses. Very little dishes and other kitchen items.
The outlets throughout the house didn't work when we arrived so they had to come and fix.
The toilet seat is round on am oval toilet so it doesn't fit and looks ghetto.
The baseboards were filthy and a kitchen drawer was missing a handle. You can very much tell this is a rental and its slightly abused and neglected.
We were a group of 4 guys on a sports weekend getaway. We are from Vegas and the Golden Knights were on ESPN right at the check in time. Got in the house ready to watch the game and get the weekend going.
The TV wouldn’t work and it turns out it was all related to the fact that there was ZERO WiFi. Contacted the owner and was given the password again. We are all college educated guys and can certainly figure out how to find a WiFi network and enter a password. I explained numerous times that when we put in the password it brings up a screen that asks very personal security questions that we had no clue how to answer. They just sent the password again and said to unplug it and it was working fine for the previous customers. That is good for them, but doesn’t help us at all. That was the extent of the assistance we got. “It worked before”. It was the exact same issue on all four of our phones and a laptop. No chance of user error.
Because the WiFi must run the “smart” thermostat, we had no heat. The house was in the low 50’s in the mornings. Not acceptable.
Since we had four adult men, the fact that the 4 bedrooms were clearly marked in the ad to EACH have a queen bed in it was a big reason we chose the house. That is not accurate. One room has a twin bed with a second twin under it. One of us was forced to sleep on a twin. 👎
Would have been a decent place without the issues. No type of refund was offered. I feel they should have discounted. Good luck.
